【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟全球化的廣泛推進、信息技術的快速滲透，經(jīng)濟的競爭更加激烈。企業(yè)之間的組織形式也由傳統(tǒng)的市場結構和科層結構向混合結構，即網(wǎng)絡化的結構轉(zhuǎn)變。網(wǎng)絡化組織的出現(xiàn)，使企業(yè)處于新的組織形態(tài)中。在這一背景下，集群企業(yè)正經(jīng)歷著由本地逐漸向全球邁進的進程，而其所在的環(huán)境也由本地逐漸向外擴散，應對環(huán)境的變化以及企業(yè)成長的需要，其所需要的資源和能力也隨之改變。因此，基于社會網(wǎng)絡理論與波特教授的“產(chǎn)業(yè)族群”理論，從競爭和價值鏈的角度來分析集群企業(yè)的相關問題，對集群企業(yè)的發(fā)展、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的進步都有較強的指導意義。根據(jù)企業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的基本定義及一系列的相關概念，在總結國內(nèi)外研究文獻的基礎上，分析集群企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡與競爭優(yōu)勢，并通過集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的治理機制分析，進一步闡述這一競爭優(yōu)勢如何在制度上加以保持。通過理論研究，本文提出了與傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡治理不同的視角。傳統(tǒng)的文獻大多是基于信任機制作為企業(yè)集群治理的核心，本文從競爭的角度出發(fā)，認為競爭是企業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡治理的重點。同時，創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的治理還包容了信任治理機制、權力治理機制、共同抵押治理機制和激勵治理機制，并將這幾方面進行融合，構成一個綜合的治理體系。最后，本文采用案例研究的方法，，用實證的方式對集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡與競爭優(yōu)勢做了分析，并在此基礎上，從技術研發(fā)、供銷渠道、制度創(chuàng)新、中介機構與地方政府這幾個角度提出了相應的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the development of economic globalization and the rapid penetration of information technology, the competition of economy becomes more and more fierce. The organizational form of enterprises also changes from traditional market structure and branch structure to mixed structure, that is, network structure. With the appearance of network organization, enterprises are in a new form of organization. In this context, cluster enterprises are undergoing a process from local to global, and their environment is gradually diffusing from the local to the outside, to cope with the changes in the environment and the needs of enterprise growth. The resources and capabilities it requires are also changing. Therefore, based on the theory of social network and Professor Porter's theory of "industrial group", this paper analyzes the related problems of cluster enterprises from the angle of competition and value chain, which has a strong guiding significance for the development of cluster enterprises and the progress of regional economy. According to the basic definition of enterprise cluster innovation network and a series of related concepts, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research literature, this paper analyzes the innovation network and competitive advantage of cluster enterprise, and analyzes the governance mechanism of cluster enterprise innovation network. Further explain how to maintain this competitive advantage in the system. Through theoretical research, this paper proposes a different perspective from the traditional network governance. The traditional literature is mostly based on trust mechanism as the core of enterprise cluster governance. From the point of view of competition, this paper thinks that competition is the focus of enterprise cluster innovation network governance. At the same time, the governance of innovation network also includes trust governance mechanism, power governance mechanism, common mortgage governance mechanism and incentive governance mechanism, and combines these aspects to form a comprehensive governance system. Finally, this paper uses the method of case study to analyze the innovation network and competitive advantage of cluster enterprises, and on this basis, from the technology research and development, supply and marketing channels, system innovation, The intermediary organization and the local government put forward the corresponding suggestion from these several angles.
