【摘要】：以廣西賀州市為例,從發(fā)展思路、運(yùn)作機(jī)制及配套政策措施等方面闡述了依托地方特色產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)大宗商品交易平臺的構(gòu)建方案,對于"十三五"期間后發(fā)展地區(qū)對外開放和體制創(chuàng)新,改善區(qū)域商品流通和服務(wù)環(huán)境,不斷激發(fā)市場活力有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Taking Hezhou city of Guangxi as an example, this paper expounds the construction scheme of the large commodity trading platform based on the local characteristic industry construction from the aspects of development ideas, operation mechanism and supporting policy measures. It also promotes the opening and system innovation of the post development areas in the "13th Five-Year", the improvement of the circulation of regional commercial products and the service environment, and constantly stimulate the vitality of the market.
