【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段由于政策環(huán)境及城鄉(xiāng)間發(fā)展差距,使得城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化無法實(shí)現(xiàn)。文章從城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,分析實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)均衡發(fā)展的相關(guān)措施。文章的主要觀點(diǎn)包括:提升金融扶持力度及構(gòu)建城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)一的制度體系,完善城鎮(zhèn)與農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、以實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)平衡,發(fā)展高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、提升城鎮(zhèn)工業(yè)化進(jìn)程,提升農(nóng)業(yè)新技術(shù)的使用率,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化,從而加快城鎮(zhèn)與農(nóng)村的發(fā)展,全面發(fā)展城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化。
[Abstract]:Due to the policy environment and the development gap between urban and rural areas, regional economic integration between urban and rural areas can not be realized at the present stage. Starting with the present situation of regional economic development in urban and rural areas, this paper analyzes the relevant measures to realize the balanced development of regional economy in urban and rural areas. The main points of view include: enhancing financial support, constructing a unified system of urban and rural areas, perfecting the industrial structure between towns and rural areas, achieving industrial balance, developing high-tech industries, and promoting the process of urban industrialization. To promote the utilization rate of the new agricultural technology, to realize the industrialization of agriculture, to accelerate the development of towns and villages, to develop the regional economy of urban and rural areas in an all-round way, and to realize the integration of urban and rural areas.
