【摘要】：隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇以及全球化程度的加深，中國(guó)區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力的高低早已是中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之一。中國(guó)區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程，它的發(fā)展階段和過(guò)程是逐步完善和成熟的。本文用中國(guó)區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力成熟度來(lái)說(shuō)明區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展階段，深入研究了中國(guó)區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力成熟度的基本概念、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、評(píng)價(jià)方法，并且通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)中國(guó)區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力成熟度為中國(guó)區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力的提升提供了指導(dǎo)。 本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于自主創(chuàng)新、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系和成熟度理論的研究成果作了系統(tǒng)的文獻(xiàn)綜述。首先對(duì)創(chuàng)新與自主創(chuàng)新的界定進(jìn)行了綜述；其次對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的界定和區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的結(jié)構(gòu)研究作了綜述；最后對(duì)成熟度理論以及區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了探討。然后本文設(shè)計(jì)了評(píng)價(jià)中國(guó)區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力成熟度的指標(biāo)體系，說(shuō)明了各要素的具體指標(biāo)，，探討了成熟度的測(cè)定方法和合成方法。然后在實(shí)證研究部分，本文采用了因子分析方法對(duì)中國(guó)區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力成熟度進(jìn)行了測(cè)定和合成，用聚類分析檢測(cè)了因子分析的可靠性，對(duì)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了綜合分析，并以遼寧省為例進(jìn)行了區(qū)域自主創(chuàng)新能力成熟度提升的分析。最后依據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of regional economic competition and the deepening of globalization, the ability of regional independent innovation in China has long been one of the important competitiveness of China's regional economic development.China's regional independent innovation capability is a complex system engineering, its development stage and process is gradually perfect and mature.This paper explains the development stage of regional independent innovation capability by using the maturity of regional independent innovation capability in China, and deeply studies the basic concept, evaluation index and evaluation method of the regional independent innovation capability maturity in China.And through the evaluation of China's regional independent innovation capability maturity for China's regional independent innovation capabilities to provide guidance.This paper makes a systematic review of domestic and foreign research achievements on independent innovation, regional innovation system and maturity theory.Firstly, the definition of innovation and independent innovation is reviewed; secondly, the definition of regional innovation system and the structure of regional innovation system are summarized; finally, the maturity theory and the capability of regional independent innovation are discussed.Then this paper designs an index system to evaluate the maturity of China's regional independent innovation capability, explains the specific indicators of each element, and probes into the method of measuring maturity and the method of synthesis.Then in the part of empirical research, this paper uses factor analysis method to measure and synthesize the maturity of China's regional independent innovation capability, uses cluster analysis to test the reliability of factor analysis, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the analysis results.And take Liaoning Province as an example to carry on the regional independent innovation ability maturity enhancement analysis.Finally, according to the evaluation results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
