【摘要】：地市高職院校在一個(gè)充滿競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的場(chǎng)域中發(fā)展,同時(shí)又出現(xiàn)了"同質(zhì)化"現(xiàn)象。"差異化"戰(zhàn)略的哲學(xué)意蘊(yùn)在于戰(zhàn)略與環(huán)境必須相適應(yīng)。當(dāng)前,將企業(yè)的"差異化"戰(zhàn)略移植到具有明顯環(huán)境特征的地市高職院校,并運(yùn)用于其服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略研究,具有一定的學(xué)術(shù)意義和實(shí)踐意義。以行業(yè)為背景銜接區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展確定辦學(xué)定位,以產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)為引領(lǐng)對(duì)接區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局設(shè)置專業(yè),以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向培養(yǎng)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)具有不可替代性的專業(yè)人才,以服務(wù)為宗旨端接區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)開展技術(shù)研發(fā)和成果轉(zhuǎn)化,是實(shí)施"差異化"戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)、關(guān)鍵、落腳點(diǎn)和有效路徑,也是破解高等職業(yè)教育"同質(zhì)化"和提升地市高職院校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展能力的著力點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The prefectural higher vocational colleges develop in a field full of competition, and at the same time, the phenomenon of homogenization appears. "The philosophical implication of the strategy of differentiation lies in the necessity of adapting the strategy to the environment.At present, it is of academic and practical significance to transplant the enterprise's "differentiation" strategy to the local higher vocational colleges with obvious environmental characteristics and apply it to the strategic research of serving the regional economic and social development.Taking industry as the background to link up the regional economic and social development, to determine the orientation of running a school, to take industrial upgrading as the guide, to set up a major in the layout of the regional industrial structure, and to train the irreplaceable professional talents of the regional industry in the light of employment.It is the foundation, the key, the foothold and the effective way to carry out the strategy of "differentiation" to carry out the technology research and development and the transformation of the achievements of the regional industry with the aim of service.It is also the key point to solve the "homogeneity" of higher vocational education and to promote the ability of prefectural higher vocational colleges to serve the regional economic and social development.
