【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷深入,生物入侵嚴(yán)重威脅生態(tài)環(huán)境、公眾健康及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。本文在多年實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行收集、匯總和對(duì)比分析,以明確內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)外來(lái)植物入侵現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)生的特點(diǎn)和趨勢(shì),以及對(duì)畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)和生態(tài)安全的影響等,并提出相應(yīng)的防治對(duì)策,以期為內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)外來(lái)植物入侵的防控提供理論依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,目前,內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)外來(lái)入侵植物已達(dá)45種,其中分屬16個(gè)科36個(gè)屬。入侵植物以一、二年生草本為主,占總?cè)肭种参锏?9.5%,入侵來(lái)源以國(guó)內(nèi)其他省區(qū)傳入和國(guó)外直接傳入兩種途徑實(shí)現(xiàn);入侵植物有19種原產(chǎn)自美洲,占入侵植物總數(shù)的42.2%,歐洲次之,為18種。雖然內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)外來(lái)植物入侵防控取得了一定成效,但是整體上存在重視程度不足、相關(guān)法制法規(guī)不健全、監(jiān)管脫節(jié)、投入不足,評(píng)估與預(yù)警機(jī)制不健全、相關(guān)研究滯后等問(wèn)題。因此,應(yīng)加大資金投入,提高防范意識(shí),建立入侵植物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、早期預(yù)警監(jiān)測(cè)體系,提升科研能力和監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)水平,構(gòu)建信息平臺(tái),加強(qiáng)對(duì)外交流,從而保障內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)的生態(tài)安全,確保人民生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the process of global economic integration, biological invasion is a serious threat to the ecological environment, public health and regional economic development.On the basis of many years' practice, this paper collected, collected and analyzed the literature at home and abroad in order to clarify the present situation, characteristics and trends of alien plant invasion in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, as well as its influence on animal husbandry production and ecological security.In order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of alien plant invasion in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, the corresponding prevention and control measures are put forward.The results show that there are 45 species of invasive plants in Inner Mongolia, including 16 families and 36 genera.The invasive plants were mainly one-year-old and biennial herbs, accounting for 79.5% of the total invasive plants. The invasion came from other provinces and regions in China and direct introduction from abroad, and 19 species of invasive plants were native to the Americas, accounting for 42.2% of the total invasive plants, followed by Europe.There are 18 species.Although some achievements have been made in the prevention and control of alien plant invasion in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, the overall level of attention has been insufficient, the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect, the supervision is disjointed, the investment is insufficient, and the evaluation and early warning mechanism is not perfect.Related research lags and so on.Therefore, we should increase capital investment, raise awareness of prevention, establish invasive plant risk assessment, early warning and monitoring system, enhance scientific research capability and monitoring technology level, construct information platform, and strengthen external communication.In order to ensure the ecological security of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, to ensure the safety of people's lives and property, to maintain social harmony and stable development.
