【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與升級(jí)對(duì)現(xiàn)在的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生著越來越重要的影響。近些年來,許多國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析。作為東部沿海地區(qū)的重要省份之一,山東省在推動(dòng)?xùn)|部沿海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程中起著舉足輕重的作用。本文以山東省為例,對(duì)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)空分布差異進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究,為促進(jìn)東部沿海地區(qū)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)提供很好的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)研究,同時(shí)又系統(tǒng)介紹關(guān)于空間重心模型和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度的理論方法;然后通過計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù),分析近20年的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)重心變化的時(shí)空軌跡;最后通過灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)一步分析山東省主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)研究,為地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整提供合理的建議。其次通過定性、定量分析,得出以下結(jié)論:借助空間重心模型方法,將計(jì)算指標(biāo)與實(shí)際地理位置相關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行測(cè)量,第一,從移動(dòng)方向上來看,產(chǎn)業(yè)重心的方位總體以西偏南居多,同時(shí)與山東省的幾何中心的距離呈縮小趨勢(shì),說明了山東省區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)差異逐漸減小,西南方向地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值發(fā)展速度加快,產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)力增強(qiáng)。同時(shí)在緯度與經(jīng)度變化比值來看,重心遷移呈現(xiàn)緯度變化速度大于經(jīng)度Y 化速度,可以充分說明東西方向的產(chǎn)業(yè)重心差距變化大,但同時(shí)出現(xiàn)差距有縮小趨勢(shì);第二,從移動(dòng)距離上來看,自1996年以來重心遷移的速度變化是相對(duì)緩慢的,其中在1996-1997年、1997-1998年和2007-2008年期間移動(dòng)距離比較大。依據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度分析,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)聯(lián)度最大,在第二產(chǎn)業(yè)中,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)度比較大的主要是服飾業(yè)與橡膠制造業(yè)等傳統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè),尤其在近幾年的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中如電子信息技術(shù)、電器機(jī)械及器材制造業(yè)迅速崛起,這表明山東省的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了一定的優(yōu)化改革,推動(dòng)對(duì)技術(shù)信息的發(fā)展?jié)摿?使其成為結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的新生力量;同時(shí)又分別對(duì)第一產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了關(guān)聯(lián)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的具體行業(yè)在近幾年逐漸增多,細(xì)化,主要的關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)是基礎(chǔ)公共事業(yè),而教育、房地產(chǎn)等對(duì)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)度相對(duì)較小,這表明山東省對(duì)于科技信息的投入需要一定的努力,合理利用房地產(chǎn)等金融行業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域的應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。最后結(jié)合山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)重心差異的空間分布以及對(duì)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果,提出如下對(duì)策、建議。第一,應(yīng)大力發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)。加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化;改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),推動(dòng)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè);培育主導(dǎo)企業(yè)、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品。第二,發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì),優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境。建設(shè)綠色循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),加大監(jiān)督力度;采取環(huán)境規(guī)制措施;建設(shè)綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)商品生產(chǎn)基地和示范開發(fā)區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Industrial structure adjustment and upgrade have more and more important influence on the present economic development.In recent years, many domestic and foreign scholars have carried on the correlation analysis to the industrial structure.As one of the important provinces in the eastern coastal area, Shandong Province plays an important role in promoting the economic development of the eastern coastal area.Taking Shandong Province as an example, this paper studies the spatial and temporal distribution differences of regional industrial structure, and provides a good theoretical and practical basis for promoting the eastern coastal areas and regional economic growth.At the same time, it systematically introduces the theory of spatial barycenter model and grey correlation degree, and then analyzes the space-time track of the change of industrial structure center of gravity in the past 20 years by calculating the industrial structure coefficient.Finally, the paper analyzes the leading industry of Shandong Province by grey correlation degree, and provides reasonable suggestions for the adjustment of regional industrial structure.Secondly, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: with the help of the spatial barycenter model method, the calculation index is correlated with the actual geographical position. First, from the point of view of moving direction,The orientation of the industrial center of gravity is mostly to the south to the west, and the distance from the geometric center of Shandong Province tends to decrease, which indicates that the difference of the regional industrial structure of Shandong Province is gradually decreasing, and the speed of the development of the industrial output value in the southwest is quickening.Industrial strength has increased.At the same time, in the ratio of latitude to longitude, the shift of gravity center shows that the speed of latitude change is larger than the speed of longitude Y, which fully shows that the gap between the industrial barycenter in east-west direction is large, but at the same time there is a trend of narrowing the gap; second,From the point of view of moving distance, the change of the velocity of gravity center migration has been relatively slow since 1996, in which the moving distance between 19961997 and 2007-2008 was relatively large.According to the analysis of the industrial correlation degree, the secondary industry has the largest correlation degree to the industrial structure. In the second industry, the major contribution to the industry is mainly the traditional superior industries, such as clothing industry and rubber manufacturing industry.Especially in the economic development in recent years, such as electronic information technology, electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry has risen rapidly, which indicates that the industrial development of Shandong Province has carried out certain optimization reforms, promoting the development potential of technical information.Make it become the new force of structural adjustment, at the same time, separately carry on the correlation analysis to the primary industry and the leading industry of the third industry, and find that the specific industry of the third industry has gradually increased and refined in recent years.The main related industries are the basic public utilities, but the contribution of education and real estate to the tertiary industry is relatively small. This indicates that Shandong Province needs some efforts to invest in scientific and technological information.Rational use of real estate and other financial applications to the region to promote industrial structure optimization.Finally, based on the spatial distribution of industrial barycenter difference in Shandong Province and the analysis results of the relationship between the leading industries, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.First, we should vigorously develop superior industries.Strengthen the industrialization of modern agriculture; transform traditional industries and promote high-tech industries; cultivate leading enterprises and lead products.Second, develop green economy, optimize industrial environment.To construct green circular economy, to strengthen supervision, to take environmental regulation measures, to build green industrial commodity production base and demonstration development zone.
