【摘要】：正縱觀世界,全球政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局仍然處于大變革時(shí)期。世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力,各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和對(duì)外貿(mào)易都面臨著深層次調(diào)整,多邊貿(mào)易談判舉步維艱,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化協(xié)定層出不窮,圍繞市場(chǎng)、資源、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)則的博弈日趨激烈。與此同時(shí),"反全球化"思潮和"逆全球化"勢(shì)力不斷蔓延,貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義盛行。面對(duì)這一系列深層次的變化,國(guó)際社會(huì)改革和創(chuàng)新全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理的呼聲空前高漲,
[Abstract]:Throughout the world, the global political and economic pattern is still in a period of great change. The recovery of the world economy is weak, the economic development and foreign trade of all countries are facing deep adjustment, and multilateral trade negotiations are struggling. Regional economic integration agreements emerge in endlessly, and the game around markets, resources, standards and rules is becoming increasingly fierce. At the same time, the "anti-globalization" ideological trend and the "anti-globalization" forces are constantly spreading. Trade protectionism prevails. In the face of this series of profound changes, the international community's calls for reform and innovation in global economic governance are unprecedented.
