【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型加快和美麗中國(guó)建設(shè)的深入，區(qū)域城市群整合與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為越來(lái)越重要問題。作為吉林省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展重要紐帶的吉林中部城市群也正在適應(yīng)這種特殊的歷史階段所發(fā)生的這種經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)格局的深刻變化所帶來(lái)的巨大挑戰(zhàn)，尤其是隨著中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展向省域縱深領(lǐng)域的延伸和省域城市群的聯(lián)動(dòng)性進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)，發(fā)展中省域城市群如何構(gòu)建區(qū)域城市群發(fā)展優(yōu)化模式、完善城市群發(fā)展體系、提高城市群發(fā)展效率和保持城市群發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性以加快本區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展，在未來(lái)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)將成為擺在城市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作者和理論研究者面前的一個(gè)重要課題。以區(qū)域城市群基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)力要素研究和區(qū)域城市群區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的持續(xù)性研究為依托，以成熟城市群的管理和發(fā)展模式為借鑒，通過對(duì)區(qū)域城市群優(yōu)化要素的整合與構(gòu)建以提高吉林城市群對(duì)吉林省域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的貢獻(xiàn)率和實(shí)現(xiàn)吉林中部城市群更好的引領(lǐng)吉林省域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展為目標(biāo)等已經(jīng)開始成為值得重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的問題。 吉林中部城市群系統(tǒng)整合和可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究，既是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)課題，，同時(shí)也是一個(gè)歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)相結(jié)合的課題。所以本文意在通過對(duì)城市群發(fā)展內(nèi)在規(guī)律的研究來(lái)分析吉林城市群與經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同性發(fā)展的道路，從而為城市群與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同發(fā)展提供理論經(jīng)驗(yàn)和實(shí)踐借鑒。 全文共七章，約十二萬(wàn)字。第一、二、三章主要區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、城市群與系統(tǒng)論控制論等相關(guān)城市群整合的基本理論。第四章主要是對(duì)吉林中部城市群系統(tǒng)整合與構(gòu)建進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)研究。第五章主要對(duì)吉林中部城市群可持續(xù)性發(fā)展研究。第六章則主要對(duì)吉林中部城市群可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題研究。第八章對(duì)本論文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 通過全文分析和論證可見，省域城市群系統(tǒng)整合與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間存在著協(xié)同性發(fā)展關(guān)系。要保持省域經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速、穩(wěn)定和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展就要實(shí)現(xiàn)城市群系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化整合和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid transformation of China's social and economic structure and the deepening of China's beautiful construction, The integration of regional urban agglomeration and the coordinated and sustainable development of regional economy have become more and more important issues. As an important link of regional economic development in Jilin Province, the central urban agglomeration of Jilin Province is also adapting to this kind of economy that occurs in this special historical stage. The great challenges brought about by the profound changes in the social pattern, especially as the regional economic development in China extends to the depth of the province and the linkage of the provincial urban agglomeration further strengthens. How to construct the regional urban agglomeration development optimization model, perfect the urban agglomeration development system, improve the urban agglomeration development efficiency and maintain the sustainable development of the urban agglomeration, so as to accelerate the economic and social development of the region. In the future, it will become an important subject for urban leaders and theoretical researchers. Based on the study of the basic dynamic elements of regional urban agglomeration and the sustained research of regional economic development of regional urban agglomeration, Drawing on the management and development models of mature urban agglomerations, Through the integration and construction of the optimized elements of regional urban agglomeration, the aim of improving the contribution rate of Jilin urban agglomeration to the economic and social development of Jilin province and realizing better leading the development of Jilin province's regional economy by the central Jilin urban agglomeration has been set up. Beginning to become the focus of attention. The research on the system integration and sustainable development of central Jilin urban agglomeration is an economic subject. At the same time, it is also a subject of combining history and reality. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the road of coordinated development of Jilin urban agglomeration and economy through the study of the inherent law of the development of urban agglomeration. Thus it provides theoretical experience and practical reference for the coordinated development of urban agglomeration and regional economy. The full text consists of seven chapters, about 120,000 words. The first, second, and third chapters are the main regional economics. The basic theories of the integration of urban agglomeration and system theory cybernetics. Chapter 4th mainly studies the integration and construction of central Jilin urban agglomeration system. Chapter 5th focuses on the sustainable development of central Jilin urban agglomeration. Chapter 6th focuses on the sustainable development strategy of central Jilin urban agglomeration. Chapter 8th summarizes this paper. Through the full text analysis and demonstration, it can be seen that there is a synergistic development relationship between the integration of the provincial urban agglomeration system and the regional economic development. Stable and coordinated development is to realize the optimization, integration and sustainable development of urban agglomeration system.
