【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和國(guó)際關(guān)系的不斷復(fù)雜,中國(guó)在發(fā)展中不斷謀求新的思路,區(qū)域化經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展布局已成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展必不可少的戰(zhàn)略,中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)在這樣的背景下成立。中韓自貿(mào)協(xié)定是中國(guó)到目前為止涉及特定國(guó)家的貿(mào)易量最大、范圍最廣、自由度最高的自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定。本文在中韓自貿(mào)協(xié)定簽署的背景下,對(duì)中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行研究,首先分析中韓雙邊貿(mào)易發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,闡釋兩國(guó)貿(mào)易聯(lián)系的緊密性以及建立自貿(mào)區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)和必要性,再對(duì)中韓自貿(mào)協(xié)定在貨物貿(mào)易、服務(wù)貿(mào)易以及投資和規(guī)則領(lǐng)域的主要內(nèi)容予以分析,指出中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)在發(fā)展中可能受到的影響以及未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向,接著從理論分析和實(shí)證分析兩個(gè)層面入手,借助關(guān)稅同盟理論以及GTAP模型進(jìn)一步分析中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。理論分析方面對(duì)中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)帶來(lái)的貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)移效應(yīng)、貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造效應(yīng)、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng)分別進(jìn)行分析;實(shí)證分析方面通過(guò)GTAP模型對(duì)于中韓自貿(mào)協(xié)定生效5年、10年、20年后的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易狀況以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行模擬預(yù)測(cè)與對(duì)比分析,在運(yùn)用商品關(guān)稅作為沖擊變量的同時(shí),引入技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘的變化情況,進(jìn)一步闡述中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)建立帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),從而得出中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)的建立能夠帶動(dòng)兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的共同發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏的結(jié)論,并為中國(guó)未來(lái)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化與國(guó)際貿(mào)易體系的建設(shè)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)與借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of the world economic environment and international relations, China is constantly seeking new ideas in its development. The regional economic development layout has become an indispensable strategy for China's economic development. The China-South Korea Free Trade Zone (FTA) was established in this context. The FTA between China and South Korea is by far the largest, broadest and most liberal free trade agreement involving specific countries in China. In the context of the signing of the FTA between China and South Korea, This paper studies the economic effects of China-South Korea Free Trade Zone. First, it analyzes the current situation of bilateral trade development between China and South Korea, explains the closeness of trade ties between the two countries and the foundation and necessity of establishing free trade zone, and then analyzes the Sino-South Korea Free Trade Agreement in goods trade. The main contents of trade in services and investment and rules are analyzed, and the possible impact on the development of China-Korea Free Trade Zone and its future development direction are pointed out. Then, it starts with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The trade transfer effect, trade creation effect, scale economy effect and competition effect brought about by the free trade zone between China and South Korea are analyzed in terms of the theory of customs union and the GTAP model. In the aspect of empirical analysis, the GTAP model is used to simulate and analyze the macro-economy, trade status and industrial structure 5, 10 and 20 years after the FTA comes into effect. At the same time, the commodity tariff is used as the impact variable. Introducing the change of technical barriers to trade, further expounding the economic effect brought by the establishment of China-South Korea Free Trade Zone, and drawing the conclusion that the establishment of free trade zone between China and South Korea can promote the common development of the two countries' economy and realize mutual benefit and win-win situation. It also provides experience and reference for China's future regional economic integration and the construction of international trading system.
