【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)布局是產(chǎn)業(yè)在一定區(qū)域內(nèi)的空間分布和組合，涉及到自然資源、區(qū)位資源、區(qū)域發(fā)展目標、政府協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃等眾多因素，是區(qū)域發(fā)展的長遠性、全局性戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到根本性的作用。在沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)上升為國家新型工業(yè)化改革試驗區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略背景下，本文對沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局現(xiàn)狀以及產(chǎn)業(yè)布局對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的影響研究，，對促進沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)成為國家新型改革示范區(qū)和全國經(jīng)濟新增長極，保持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的理論和實踐意義。 本文首先回顧了產(chǎn)業(yè)布局和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關理論，然后對沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的狀況、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的現(xiàn)狀和存在的不合理問題等進行研究分析，在此基礎上，通過建立影響產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的指標體系與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長指標之間的回歸模型，揭示沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局對經(jīng)濟增長的影響程度和方式。研究結果表明，產(chǎn)業(yè)布局通過產(chǎn)業(yè)積累效應、產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動效應和產(chǎn)業(yè)動力效應共同對沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長產(chǎn)生促進作用。其中，產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動效應的促進作用更為突出。最后，從優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的角度出發(fā)，提出促進沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial layout is the spatial distribution and combination of industries in a certain region, which involves many factors, such as natural resources, regional resources, regional development objectives, coordinated government planning, and so on, which is the long-term nature of regional development. Overall strategic planning plays a fundamental role in the sustainable development of regional economy. This paper studies the present situation of Shenyang Economic Zone and its influence on regional economy, and promotes Shenyang Economic Zone to become a new type of national economic reform demonstration area and a new national economic growth pole. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to maintain the sustainable development of regional economy. This paper first reviews the relevant theories of industrial layout and regional economic development, and then studies and analyzes the economic development status, industrial layout and unreasonable problems of Shenyang Economic Zone. On this basis, through the establishment of the industrial layout of the index system and regional economic growth indicators between the regression model. The research results show that the industrial layout of Shenyang Economic Zone affects the economic growth through the industrial accumulation effect. The industrial linkage effect and the industrial dynamic effect promote the economic growth of Shenyang Economic Zone together. Among them, the industrial linkage effect is more prominent. Finally, from the perspective of optimizing the industrial layout. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated and sustainable economic development of Shenyang Economic Zone are put forward.
