【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化時代的到來，提高其開放程度、積極參與國與國之間的經(jīng)濟協(xié)作、加快融入全球經(jīng)濟一體化已成為一個國家參與世界經(jīng)濟的迫切需求，而自由貿(mào)易園（港）區(qū)的建立則成為了這種形勢下各國進行經(jīng)濟協(xié)作的“門戶”。作為世界新興經(jīng)濟體的重要成員，中國應時而上，建設自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的時機日漸成熟。從國家開放市場的形勢上看，2013年9月底，上海自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)正式掛牌成立使正在籌備中的與其地理位置十分接近的舟山群島新區(qū)面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇。 本文正是在分析了這種形勢后，以加快推動建設舟山自由貿(mào)易園（港）區(qū)為主要目的，，運用資料收集、文獻整理、案例分析與歸納分析的方法，通過對國外比較典型的自由貿(mào)易園（港）區(qū)的分析，梳理其發(fā)展規(guī)律及運作模式，總結歸納其發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗，同時利用SWOT方法對舟山建立自由貿(mào)易園（港）區(qū)的條件進行分析，探索舟山建立自由貿(mào)易園（港）區(qū)與世界上發(fā)展成熟的自由貿(mào)易園（港）區(qū)的共性與差異，得出了舟山自由貿(mào)易園（港）區(qū)的建立需要同地理位置十分接近的上海自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)進行錯位發(fā)展的結論，并在此基礎上提出了相應的路徑及相關的政策策略及方法策略。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of world economic globalization and regional economic integration, the degree of openness has been improved and the economic cooperation between countries has been actively participated in. Accelerating integration into the global economy has become an urgent need for a country to participate in the world economy. The establishment of the Free Trade Park (Hong Kong) has become the "gateway" for countries to carry out economic cooperation in this situation. As an important member of the world's emerging economies, China should rise in time. The time to build a free trade zone is getting more and more ripe. From the point of view of the situation of opening the country's market, the end of September 2013. The establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Test Zone (FTAZ) has brought new challenges and opportunities to Zhoushan Islands New area, which is under preparation and is very close to its geographical position. After analyzing this situation, this paper aims at speeding up the construction of Zhoushan Free Trade Park (Hong Kong), using the methods of data collection, literature collation, case analysis and inductive analysis. Through the analysis of the typical foreign free trade park (Hong Kong) area, this paper combs its development law and operation mode, summarizes the experience of its development. At the same time, the SWOT method is used to analyze the conditions for the establishment of Zhoushan Free Trade Park (Hong Kong) area. To explore the similarities and differences between the Zhoushan Free Trade Park (Hong Kong) and the mature Free Trade Park (Hong Kong) in the world. It is concluded that the establishment of Zhoushan Free Trade Park (Hong Kong) area needs the dislocation development of Shanghai Free Trade Experimental area, which is very close to its geographical location. On this basis, the corresponding path and relevant policy strategies and methods are proposed.
