【摘要】：旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化是當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的兩大重要引擎。旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展能夠?yàn)槌擎?zhèn)化建設(shè)建立堅(jiān)實(shí)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐,而城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展形成旅游業(yè)發(fā)展所依托的重要載體,二者是一對關(guān)聯(lián)密切的耦合共生體。渝東南地區(qū)地處國家連片特困地區(qū)的核心區(qū)域,依托優(yōu)越的生態(tài)環(huán)境、豐富的旅游資源的條件,以及日趨完善的對外交通條件,開啟了旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化相結(jié)合共同推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會健康發(fā)展的新模式。探討渝東南地區(qū)一區(qū)五縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,對于推動國家精準(zhǔn)扶貧戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施及促進(jìn)該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會健康發(fā)展有著重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文在對前人文獻(xiàn)整理的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)論、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理論與可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,構(gòu)建耦合協(xié)調(diào)評價模型,并從重慶市統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒、渝東南地區(qū)各區(qū)縣統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒、渝東南地區(qū)各區(qū)縣國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會統(tǒng)計(jì)公報中搜集數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)而對渝東南一區(qū)五縣2006-2015年旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展過程進(jìn)行評價研究,對其評價結(jié)果從時間序列、空間差異、類型判別三方面進(jìn)行分析,旨在探究造成各區(qū)縣旅游業(yè)發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展耦合協(xié)調(diào)程度的成因。最后,結(jié)合前面分析和渝東南各區(qū)縣實(shí)際,提出提高渝東南地區(qū)及各區(qū)縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策。本論文研究的核心內(nèi)容為如下兩個方面:一方面,對渝東南一區(qū)五縣2006-2015年的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展水平與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平的綜合評價研究。利用綜合指標(biāo)法,在前人研究和二手資料全面搜集基礎(chǔ)上,建立兩大系統(tǒng)的評價指標(biāo),利用熵值法求得各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,用線性加權(quán)法確定渝東南一區(qū)五縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化各自的發(fā)展水平,并對各區(qū)縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平狀況進(jìn)行分析。另一方面,對渝東南一區(qū)五縣2006年到2015年旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度研究。本論文引用了物理學(xué)中的耦合概念和耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理論來構(gòu)建渝東南一區(qū)五縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)。在對渝東南一區(qū)五縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化綜合發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)上,利用耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型求得渝東南一區(qū)五縣2006年到2015年的旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化耦合協(xié)調(diào)度的評價分值,并就渝東南一區(qū)五縣的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度及成因進(jìn)行分析探討。本論文的主要研究結(jié)論如下:渝東南一區(qū)五縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化之間的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平整體較低,仍有較大的提升空間。從時間序列來看,2006年到2015年渝東南一區(qū)五縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度一直呈上升趨勢,耦合協(xié)調(diào)情況得到顯著提高。從空間分布來看,2006年至2015年間,渝東南一區(qū)五縣的耦合協(xié)調(diào)狀況在空間上存在著差異,截至2015年,耦合協(xié)調(diào)度一直處于渝東南地區(qū)前列的是武隆縣,其次是酉陽縣、黔江區(qū)、彭水縣、石柱縣、秀山縣。從類型判別來看,黔江區(qū)、石柱縣、彭水縣、秀山縣在2006-2015年間都屬于旅游業(yè)滯后于城鎮(zhèn)化型;武隆縣在2006-2008年為旅游業(yè)滯后于城鎮(zhèn)化型,2009-2015年屬于城鎮(zhèn)化滯后于旅游業(yè)型;彭水縣在2006-2014年屬于旅游業(yè)滯后于城鎮(zhèn)化型,2015年屬于城鎮(zhèn)化滯后于旅游業(yè)型;酉陽縣在2006-2011年屬于旅游業(yè)滯后于城鎮(zhèn)化型,在2012-2015年屬于城鎮(zhèn)化滯后于旅游業(yè)型。根據(jù)前面的分析,從區(qū)域總體與各區(qū)縣兩個角度提出了促進(jìn)渝東南旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策。從渝東南地區(qū)總體來講,主要應(yīng)從以下五方面著手:樹立耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理念、加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、提高城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量、推進(jìn)“旅游+”戰(zhàn)略、完善保障體系。鑒于渝東南地區(qū)各區(qū)縣內(nèi)部存在較大差異,結(jié)合渝東南一區(qū)五縣各自的旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化的耦合協(xié)調(diào)狀況與當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,分別提出各區(qū)縣旅游業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:Tourism and urbanization are two important engines of the current economic and social development of our country. The development of the tourism industry to the urbanization construction to establish a solid material foundation and industry support, and the development of urbanization to form an important carrier by relying on the development of the tourism industry, the two are a pair of coupled closely related symbionts of Chongqing. The southeast region is located in the core area of the country to the contiguous poor areas, relying on the excellent ecological environment, rich tourism resources, and external traffic conditions improved, open tourism and urbanization combined with the new mode of regional and jointly promote the healthy development of economy and society. The study of the harmonious development between tourism industry in five counties and one district the southeast of Chongqing area and urbanization, to promote the national poverty alleviation accurate implementation of the strategy and has great practical significance to promote the healthy development of the regional economy. In this paper, the literature on the whole On the basis of the theory, using the system theory, coordination theory and the theory of sustainable development, constructing the coupled coordination evaluation model, and from the statistical yearbook of Chongqing City, the county southeast of Chongqing statistical yearbook data collected in Southeast Chongqing districts of national economic and social statistics, evaluation of five counties in Southeast Chongqing area 2006-2015 tourism and urbanization coupling coordinated development process, the evaluation results from the time series, spatial differences, types of discriminant analysis of three aspects, aims to explore the causes of the development of the county tourism and urbanization development coordination degree. Finally, combining with the above analysis and the southeast of Chongqing the county actual, coordinated development countermeasure raise the southeast area of Chongqing and the county tourism and urbanization coupling. The core content of this paper is the following two aspects: on the one hand, the five county area of Southeast Chongqing 200 Study on the comprehensive evaluation of the level of development of the level of development and urban 6-2015 tourism industry. By using comprehensive index method, a comprehensive collection of the previous study and secondary data on the basis of the establishment of the two evaluation index system, using entropy method to obtain the weight of each index, determine the level of development of tourism industry in five counties in Southeast Chongqing area with the urban linear weighted method, and the county tourism development and urbanization level were analyzed. On the other hand, coordination degree of coupling of the county in 2006 five to 2015 an area of Southeast Chongqing Tourism and urbanization. The paper cited the coupling concept in Physics and the coupling coordination development theory to construct the five county area of Southeast Chongqing tourism industry and urbanization coupled system coordinated development. In the basis of the five county area of Southeast Chongqing tourism industry and urbanization comprehensive development level, obtained by using the coupling coordination model Coupling coordination in 2006 five counties in Southeast Chongqing area in 2015 to tourism and urbanization evaluation scores, and discusses the coordination degree and causes of five counties in Southeast Chongqing area of the coupling. The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: the coordinated development level of coupling between the five county area of Southeast Chongqing Tourism and urbanization the overall low, there is still great room for improvement. From the time series, 2006 to 2015 in five counties in Southeast Chongqing tourism area industry and urbanization coordination degree has been rising, the coupling coordination has been improved. Judging from the spatial distribution, from 2006 to 2015, the coupled coordination situation of five counties in Southeast Chongqing a difference in space by the end of 2015, the coupled coordination degree has been at the forefront in southeast area of Chongqing is Wulong County, followed by Youyang County, Qianjiang District, Pengshui County, Shizhu County, Xiushan County. From the view of type classification, Qianjiang District, Shizhu County, Pengshui County, Xiushan County during 2006-2015 belong to the tourism industry lags behind urbanization; Wulong County in 2006-2008 for the tourism industry lags behind urbanization, urbanization lags behind the 2009-2015 belongs to the tourism industry; Pengshui county belongs to the tourism industry in 2006-2014 years behind the urbanization, 2015 belong to the Urbanization lagging behind the tourism industry; Youyang county belongs to the tourism industry in 2006-2011 years behind the urbanization, urbanization lags behind the tourism industry belong to the type in 2012-2015. According to the above analysis, from two aspects of the overall regional district and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the coordinated development of Southeast Chongqing Tourism and urbanization coupling from the overall southeast area of Chongqing, mainly from the following five aspects: establish the coupling coordination development concept, strengthen coordination and development planning, to improve the quality of urbanization, promote the "Travel +" strategy, improve the security system authentication. There are great differences between districts and counties in Southeastern Chongqing. Combined with the coupling and coordination between tourism and urbanization in five counties in Southeastern Chongqing and the actual situation of local economic and social development, the Countermeasures for coupling and coordinated development of tourism and urbanization in different districts and counties are put forward.
