【摘要】：近幾年隨著改革開放步法的不斷加快,改革開放已經(jīng)進(jìn)入關(guān)鍵時期——深水期。在"十三五"規(guī)劃中,政府在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行宏觀調(diào)控已經(jīng)成為規(guī)劃的重點(diǎn)議題,尤其是在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)方面。宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)管理在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展中所扮演的角色是"指揮官",其所追求的目標(biāo)是在充分發(fā)揮市場經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)節(jié)作用的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用政府宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)管理手段來幫助各區(qū)域根據(jù)自身的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)挖掘出本區(qū)域的發(fā)展?jié)摿?同時協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域間的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,最終在整體上形成我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的合力,保證我國"十三五"計(jì)劃的有效實(shí)現(xiàn),完成社會主義和諧社會的建設(shè)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the accelerated pace of reform and opening up, the reform and opening up has entered a critical period - the Deepwater period. In the "13th Five-Year" plan, the government macro-control has become a key issue in the field of economic planning, especially in the coordinated development of regional economy. Macroeconomic management is the "commander" in the coordinated development of regional economy in the role, its goal is to give full play to the regulation of the market economy, the government macroeconomic management means to help the regional mining development potential in the region according to the features of their own development, coordinated regional economic development at the same time, the final formation in the whole of China's economic development efforts to ensure the effective realization of China's "13th Five-Year" plan, to complete the goal of building a socialist harmonious society.
