內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)牧業(yè)科技信息服務體系建設研究
[Abstract]:The overall level of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization in Inner Mongolia is relatively low. The development of agriculture and animal husbandry has become one of the major issues related to the modernization of Inner Mongolia and an important factor restricting the economic development of Inner Mongolia. Practice has proved that in order to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia, and realize the extensive use of science and technology in agriculture and animal husbandry, we must strengthen the popularization of agricultural and animal husbandry science and technology information. Therefore, the construction of agricultural and animal husbandry science and technology information service system is an effective way to promote the economic development of agricultural and pastoral areas and increase the income of farmers and herdsmen. At present, the construction of agricultural and animal husbandry science and technology information service system in Inner Mongolia is led by the government. Although the science and technology information service system has been constantly improved under the efforts of the government in recent years, there are still many problems. In order to better meet the scientific and technological information needs of farmers and herdsmen, it is necessary to constantly reform and improve the Inner Mongolia agricultural and animal husbandry science and technology information service system. This paper is based on the related concepts and theories of information service system. Through the study of the science and technology information service system led by the Inner Mongolia government, this paper reveals the existing problems and causes from four aspects: organizational structure, management system, operation mechanism and investment mechanism. Through studying and drawing lessons from the experience of developed countries, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and measures to solve the problems, such as the regulation and control of organizational structure and function, the reform of management system, the innovation of operation mechanism and the improvement of investment mechanism. It is expected to promote the popularization of agricultural and animal husbandry scientific and technological information in Inner Mongolia, improve the utilization rate of agricultural and animal husbandry scientific and technological information, provide reference for the construction of diversified agricultural and animal husbandry scientific and technological information service system, and provide theoretical basis and guidance for the establishment of perfect scientific and technological information service system.
