【摘要】：運(yùn)用多元Logit回歸模型實(shí)證分析了影響消費(fèi)者參與社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)(CSA)的主要因素,重點(diǎn)從消費(fèi)者健康生活理念、預(yù)期風(fēng)險感知、信任因素、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)品因素三個維度分析其對消費(fèi)者參與CSA的影響作用。研究結(jié)果表明:消費(fèi)者對當(dāng)前食品安全質(zhì)量的信任、對有機(jī)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽的認(rèn)可及對參與風(fēng)險的感知水平對參與CSA意愿產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響;而健康生活理念、對CSA的認(rèn)知及信任水平、購買有機(jī)食品的意愿等因素對參與CSA意愿有正向促進(jìn)作用。據(jù)此,提出了"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"與CSA模式的整合服務(wù)策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the multivariate Logit regression model, this paper analyzes the main factors influencing consumers' participation in community support for agricultural (CSA), focusing on the concept of healthy life of consumers, perception of expected risk, and factors of trust. Three dimensions of agricultural products analysis of its impact on consumer participation in CSA. The results show that consumers' trust in current food safety and quality, recognition of organic product labels and perceived level of participation risk have a negative impact on the willingness to participate in CSA; The concept of healthy life, the level of cognition and trust on CSA, and the willingness to buy organic food have a positive effect on the willingness to participate in CSA. According to this, the integration service strategy of "Internet" and CSA mode is put forward.
