【摘要】：本文在我國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)面臨勞動力工資上漲沖擊的背景下,從耕地地形條件約束下的機(jī)械-勞動要素替代難度視角出發(fā),系統(tǒng)剖析勞動力工資上漲和要素替代難度對農(nóng)戶生產(chǎn)投入和結(jié)構(gòu)(包括機(jī)械投入、種植結(jié)構(gòu)和勞動力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu))調(diào)整的影響。研究表明,勞動力工資上漲不僅促使農(nóng)戶直接以機(jī)械投入替代勞動,而且會努力調(diào)整耕地和勞動力配置結(jié)構(gòu)來緩解勞動工資上漲沖擊的壓力。工資上漲促使農(nóng)戶相對更多種植易于機(jī)械化的糧食作物,也會促使勞動力更多轉(zhuǎn)向非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)。但是,勞動力工資上漲對農(nóng)戶這種生產(chǎn)投入結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響程度會受到耕地地形條件約束下的機(jī)械-勞動替代難度的影響。勞動力工資上漲增加機(jī)械投入和提高糧食種植比例的作用在坡耕地比例較高地區(qū)都會被削弱。因此,促進(jìn)農(nóng)戶結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、緩解勞動力工資上漲對農(nóng)業(yè)成本和競爭力的沖擊,不僅需要關(guān)注農(nóng)戶結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整行為本身,而且需要密切關(guān)注要素替代和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整實現(xiàn)條件的改善。
[Abstract]:Under the background that agricultural production in our country faces the impact of rising labor wage, this paper starts from the angle of difficulty of mechanical-labor factor substitution under the constraints of arable land topography. The effects of labor wage increase and factor substitution difficulty on the adjustment of farmers' production input and structure (including mechanical input, planting structure and labor force employment structure) are systematically analyzed. The research shows that the increase of labor wage not only causes farmers to directly replace labor with mechanical input, but also tries hard to adjust the structure of farmland and labor allocation to alleviate the pressure of labor wage increase. Higher wages have prompted farmers to grow relatively more food crops that are easier to mechanise, and more labor to non-agricultural industries. However, the impact of labor wage increase on the adjustment of the input structure of farmers will be affected by the difficulty of mechanical-labor substitution under the constraints of cultivated land topography. Higher labor wages increase mechanical inputs and increase the proportion of grain cultivation in areas with higher sloping farmland. Therefore, to promote farmers' structural adjustment and alleviate the impact of rising labor wages on agricultural costs and competitiveness, it is necessary not only to pay attention to the behavior of peasant households' structural adjustment itself, but also to pay close attention to the improvement of factors substitution and the improvement of the conditions for the realization of structural adjustment.
