【摘要】：近年來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,在世界上的地位越來越高,農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展對農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)提出了更高更嚴(yán)的要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn),然而以家庭承包經(jīng)營為主的土地經(jīng)營權(quán)弊端越來越多,已不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)有的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,在轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,新型的經(jīng)營主體逐漸收到青睞,尤其是以家庭成員為主的經(jīng)營方式成為了發(fā)展新型農(nóng)業(yè)的主體,在現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)營主體中,具有一定的優(yōu)勢和潛力。①因?yàn)榧彝マr(nóng)場的規(guī)模適中,集約經(jīng)營,主要以家庭為單位,效率比較高,容易形成規(guī)模化,提高了家庭農(nóng)場的地位。家庭農(nóng)場與家庭承包責(zé)任制相比,它的規(guī)模更大,方式更活,這種方式擺脫了家庭承包責(zé)任制的束縛,表現(xiàn)出極強(qiáng)的生命力,符合荊門市家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展要求,也將是荊門市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的新型模式。荊門家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展雖然取得了一定的成績,但是還存在一些問題,比如規(guī)模較小,經(jīng)營程度高,資金扶持力度不大,農(nóng)場主素質(zhì)不高等問題。本文的研究對象以荊門家庭農(nóng)場目前的現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)有的問題為主,對國內(nèi)國外家庭農(nóng)場的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較,重新定義了家庭農(nóng)場的概念,通過對荊門市掇刀區(qū)家庭農(nóng)場的實(shí)地走訪調(diào)查,對荊門市團(tuán)林鋪鎮(zhèn)的家庭農(nóng)場進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)了荊門市家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了幾點(diǎn)意見和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, its position in the world has become more and more high. The development of agriculture has put forward higher and stricter standards for agricultural technology. However, there are more and more malpractices in the management of land based on household contract management. It has not been adapted to the existing agricultural development, in the process of transformation, the new management main body gradually received favor, especially the family member-based management mode has become the main body of the development of the new type of agriculture, in the existing management main body, The family farm has certain advantages and potential. 1 because the family farm is moderate in scale, intensive management, mainly in the family unit, high efficiency, easy to form large-scale, improve the status of family farm. Compared with the household contract responsibility system, the family farm has a larger scale and a more active way. This kind of way has got rid of the shackles of the household contract responsibility system, and has shown extremely strong vitality, in line with the requirements of the development of family farms in Jingmen City. It will also be a new pattern of agricultural development in Jingmen. Although some achievements have been made in the development of Jingmen family farm, there are still some problems, such as small scale, high degree of management, low level of financial support, low quality of farmers and so on. The research object of this paper is the present situation and existing problems of Jingmen family farm, comparing the present situation of domestic and foreign family farm, redefining the concept of family farm. Through the on-the-spot investigation of family farms in Duodao District of Jingmen City, this paper studies the family farms in Tuanlinpu Town of Jingmen City, summarizes the present situation and existing problems of the family farms in Jingmen City, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on this basis.
