【摘要】：隨著科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)也由露天作業(yè)逐步向大棚、種植建筑等室內(nèi)作業(yè)逐步演變。隨著高科技農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和推廣,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)具有農(nóng)業(yè)新品種研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和推廣普及,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)觀光展示、體驗(yàn)及相關(guān)配套服務(wù)等諸多農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展功能,導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)與傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)具有相當(dāng)大的不同。在前期規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)階段,園區(qū)的選址、功能空間要求、布局形式、道路交通系統(tǒng)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)等問題是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)和規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵問題。針對(duì)上述問題,本文立足陜西關(guān)中地區(qū),以實(shí)地調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),以文獻(xiàn)研究和比較研究為輔助手段,從現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的角度出發(fā),對(duì)關(guān)中地區(qū)已建成現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析和對(duì)比研究,并對(duì)相關(guān)概念和理論做出了詳細(xì)的演繹歸納。首先,介紹現(xiàn)代觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的概念和特性,闡述國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀;其次,對(duì)關(guān)中地區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的室內(nèi)外空間進(jìn)行調(diào)研,運(yùn)用圖表、模式簡(jiǎn)圖等方式進(jìn)行對(duì)比總結(jié),指出在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中存在的差異及緣由,并指出影響現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃選址因素;再次歸納對(duì)比總結(jié)出目前關(guān)中地區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園區(qū)的選址、功能布局、道路交通系統(tǒng)及景觀設(shè)計(jì)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法,使未來現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)朝著更加專業(yè)化、地域化、藝術(shù)化、人性化的方向發(fā)展,更加系統(tǒng)完善。通過本論文的研究,首先希望提出的關(guān)中現(xiàn)代觀光園區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方向,能給未來關(guān)中地區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提出指導(dǎo)性建議,讓未來關(guān)中現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的選址更加合理、功能布局更加完善;其次,本論文調(diào)研分析和對(duì)比總結(jié)的研究成果可以對(duì)我國(guó)目前現(xiàn)階段的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)相關(guān)研究資料做進(jìn)一步補(bǔ)充,并為今后更深層次研究關(guān)中地區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)起到鋪墊的作用。再次,本論文的研究成果能夠?yàn)槲磥黻P(guān)中地區(qū)的現(xiàn)代觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供參考理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),希望能對(duì)未來陜西關(guān)中地區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的投資者、建設(shè)者及相關(guān)政府部門負(fù)責(zé)人有一定的啟示作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and economic level, modern agricultural production has gradually evolved from open-air operation to greenhouse, planting buildings and other indoor operations. With the further development and promotion of high-tech agricultural technology, the modern agricultural park has many agricultural sustainable development functions, such as research and development of new agricultural varieties, production and popularization, demonstration of modern agricultural tourism, experience and related supporting services, and so on. The modern agricultural park is quite different from the traditional agricultural park. In the early stage of planning and design, the problems of site selection, functional space requirement, layout form, road traffic system, landscape design and so on are the key problems in the construction and planning of modern agricultural parks. In response to the above problems, this paper based on Shaanxi Guanzhong area, based on field research, literature research and comparative research as auxiliary means, from the perspective of modern agriculture, The modern agricultural parks have been built in Guanzhong area, and the related concepts and theories are deduced and summarized in detail. First of all, the concept and characteristics of modern sightseeing agriculture are introduced, and the development process and present situation of modern agricultural parks at home and abroad are expounded. Secondly, the indoor and outdoor space of modern agricultural park in Guanzhong area is investigated, and the differences and reasons in the planning and design are pointed out by comparing and summarizing the charts and pattern diagrams. It also points out the factors that affect the planning and location of modern agricultural parks. Thirdly, the author summarizes the site selection, function layout, road traffic system and landscape design methods of modern agricultural sightseeing park in Guanzhong area, which will make the planning and design of modern agricultural park more specialized and regional in the future, and make the planning and design of modern agricultural park more specialized and regional in the future. Through the research of this paper, we hope to put forward the direction of planning and design of Guanzhong modern sightseeing park at first, which can give guidance suggestions to the future planning and design of modern agricultural park in Guanzhong area, and make the location of modern agricultural park in Guanzhong area more reasonable in the future. The function layout is more perfect; Secondly, the research results of this paper can further supplement the relevant research data of modern agricultural parks in our country at present. It also plays the role of laying the groundwork for the further study on the planning and design of modern agricultural parks in Guanzhong area in the future. Thirdly, the research results of this paper can provide reference theory and practical experience for the planning and construction of modern sightseeing agricultural parks in Guanzhong area in the future, and hope to be able to provide investors for future modern agricultural parks in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi Province. Builders and heads of relevant government departments have a certain role in enlightening.
