【摘要】：我國提出了工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、信息化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化與綠色化協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過"五化"協(xié)同發(fā)展來推動現(xiàn)代化建設。然而,我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平一直比較薄弱,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化明顯滯后于工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,是"五化"之中的重要短板。要推進"三農(nóng)"現(xiàn)代化,就要以要素現(xiàn)代化升級促進農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,以城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設加速農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化,以農(nóng)民的現(xiàn)代化催動農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化。對此,應加快推進"三農(nóng)"現(xiàn)代化建設的政策改革,建立并完善一系列的配套制度體系,為"三農(nóng)"現(xiàn)代化提供強有力的制度保障。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development strategy of industrialization, urbanization, informatization, agricultural modernization and greenness has been put forward in our country, and the modernization construction has been promoted through the coordinated development of "five transformation". However, the agricultural modernization level of our country has been relatively weak, the agricultural modernization obviously lags behind the industrial modernization, is the important deficiency in the "five modernizations". In order to promote the modernization of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, we must upgrade the modernization of elements to promote agricultural modernization, accelerate the modernization of rural areas with the construction of integration of urban and rural areas, and promote the modernization of agriculture with the modernization of farmers. Therefore, we should accelerate the policy reform of the modernization of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, establish and perfect a series of supporting system, and provide strong system guarantee for the modernization of agriculture, countryside and farmers.
