【摘要】：勞動權(quán)益實(shí)現(xiàn)有助于維護(hù)勞動力再生產(chǎn),促進(jìn)新生代農(nóng)民工從勞動異化向勞動本位回歸。利用全國3402份問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建多重定類Logistic模型,實(shí)證分析"農(nóng)二代"跨城鎮(zhèn)流動對勞動權(quán)益實(shí)現(xiàn)的影響。研究表明,"農(nóng)二代"勞動防護(hù)措施普遍向好,長三角地區(qū)地級市及以下勞動恢復(fù)狀況較好,東部地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)和縣城超時(shí)勞動現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,直轄市和省會城市農(nóng)民工工會組織建設(shè)滯后。城鎮(zhèn)層級越低,小時(shí)工資率越低,加班現(xiàn)象越嚴(yán)重,但"農(nóng)二代"其他勞動權(quán)益實(shí)現(xiàn)越好。提出加強(qiáng)直轄市農(nóng)民工工會組織建設(shè),引導(dǎo)外出農(nóng)民工向地級市及以下城鎮(zhèn)流動,提高中長期勞動合同簽訂率等建議。
[Abstract]:The realization of labor rights and interests is helpful to maintain the reproduction of labor force and promote the new generation of migrant workers to return from labor alienation to labor standard. Based on the data of 3402 questionnaires in China, this paper constructs a multi-classification Logistic model, and empirically analyzes the impact of the "second generation of agriculture" on the realization of labor rights and interests caused by the "second generation of agriculture". The research shows that the labor protection measures of the "second generation of peasants" are generally better, the recovery of labor in the prefecture-level cities and below in the Yangtze River Delta region is better, and the phenomenon of overtime work in small towns and counties in the eastern region is serious. The construction of migrant workers' trade unions in municipalities and provincial capitals lags behind. The lower the urban level, the lower the hourly wage rate and the more serious the overtime phenomenon, but the better the other labor rights and interests of "the second generation of peasants" are realized. Suggestions are put forward to strengthen the organization and construction of migrant workers' trade unions in municipalities directly under the Central Government, to guide migrant workers to flow to prefecture-level cities and towns, and to improve the signing rate of medium-and long-term labor contracts
