【摘要】：以城市調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,測(cè)算了城市市民對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工的社區(qū)鄰避效應(yīng),并重點(diǎn)探討了城市市民社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工社區(qū)鄰避效應(yīng)的影響作用及其傳導(dǎo)路徑。結(jié)果表明:(1)城市市民對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工存在18.4%的社區(qū)鄰避效應(yīng)廣度。(2)具備女性、有婚姻經(jīng)歷、有生育經(jīng)歷(特別是孩子尚未成年)、當(dāng)?shù)爻鞘屑�、年齡更大和在城市居住時(shí)間更長(zhǎng)這六個(gè)社會(huì)人口學(xué)屬性的城市市民,會(huì)擁有更高的社區(qū)鄰避效應(yīng)發(fā)生概率。(3)城市市民受教育程度、家庭年總收入、工作單位穩(wěn)定程度和主觀社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位等社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的提高,總體上會(huì)顯著提升社區(qū)鄰避效應(yīng)的發(fā)生概率。(4)城市市民對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工的部分評(píng)價(jià)在其社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對(duì)社區(qū)鄰避效應(yīng)的影響中發(fā)揮了中介作用。通過積極的交往和必要的幫扶,提升城市市民在個(gè)人品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)和社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)評(píng)價(jià)上對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工的看法,是破解城市市民高社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位與高社區(qū)鄰避傾向之間正相關(guān)關(guān)系的關(guān)鍵所在。
[Abstract]:Taking the urban survey data as a sample, this paper calculates the neighborhood effect of the urban citizens on the new generation of migrant workers, and emphatically discusses the influence of the social and economic status of the urban citizens on the neighborhood effect of the new generation of migrant workers and its transmission path. The results show that: (1) the urban residents have 18.4% of the community avoidance effects of the new generation of migrant workers. (2) there are women, marriage experience, childbearing experience (especially children under adulthood), local urban origin. Urban citizens who are older and live longer in the city have a higher probability of community-based neighborhood effect. (3) Urban citizens have a higher level of education, annual family income, and a higher probability of community-based neighborhood effects.! (3) Urban residents have higher levels of education and annual family income, with a higher probability of community avoidance effects. The improvement of social and economic status, such as the stability of the working unit and the subjective socio-economic status, On the whole, the occurrence probability of neighborhood effect will be significantly increased. (4) Urban residents' partial evaluation of the new generation of migrant workers has played an intermediary role in the impact of their socio-economic status on the neighborhood effect of the community. Through positive communication and necessary assistance, we can enhance the views of urban citizens on the evaluation of their personal quality and social contribution to the new generation of migrant workers. It is the key to decipher the positive correlation between the high social and economic status of the urban citizens and the tendency of the high community to avoid.
