教育培訓對蘇州市農民工收入的影響——教育培訓經濟收益率的再檢驗

【摘要】:基于擴展的明瑟收入方程模型,實證檢驗蘇州市農民工教育培訓的經濟收益率,得到以下結論:第一,教育和培訓對提高農民工收入均有積極的正向作用,只不過培訓的純收益率(10.8%)顯著高于教育的純收益率(5.8%);第二,教育和培訓交互作用,合力促進農民工收入增加,有培訓經歷的農民工的教育收益率顯著高于無培訓經歷的農民工;第三,"來源地"和"婚姻狀況"對農民工收入水平有顯著影響,而"性別"和"職業(yè)類型"的影響并不顯著;第四,農民工教育收益率隨著學歷層次的上升而呈現(xiàn)非線性遞增趨勢;第五,農民工的培訓收益率會隨著學歷層次的提升而提高。為有效促進農民工收入增長,亟需重視并加強農民工的人力資本投資,建立一套適合農民工發(fā)展需求的"‘長線’教育+‘短線’培訓"體系;同時關注不同背景農民工的發(fā)展需要,根據(jù)其個體特征提供不同程度的教育培訓服務。
[Abstract]:Based on the extended Minther income equation model, this paper empirically tests the economic rate of return on education and training of migrant workers in Suzhou, and draws the following conclusions: first, education and training have positive effects on raising the income of migrant workers. Only the net yield of training (10.8%) was significantly higher than that of education (5.8%). Second, the interaction of education and training promotes the increase of migrant workers' income, and the rate of return of migrant workers with training experience is significantly higher than that of migrant workers without training experience. Third, "origin" and "marital status" have a significant impact on the income level of migrant workers, but the impact of "gender" and "occupation type" is not significant; Fourth, the education yield of migrant workers shows a non-linear increasing trend with the rise of educational level; fifthly, the rate of return on training of migrant workers will increase with the upgrading of educational level. In order to effectively promote the income growth of migrant workers, it is urgent to pay attention to and strengthen the human capital investment of migrant workers, and establish a set of "long-term education 'short term' training" system which is suitable for the development needs of migrant workers. At the same time, pay attention to the development needs of migrant workers from different backgrounds, according to their individual characteristics to provide different levels of education and training services.
