【摘要】：本文以永安市美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析永安市近年在農(nóng)村環(huán)境綜合整治及美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的成就,如新村建設(shè)、房屋整治、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游等方面成就的基礎(chǔ)上,著重結(jié)合永安市的農(nóng)村環(huán)境問(wèn)題,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)和現(xiàn)狀材料,對(duì)其在美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題及影響因素進(jìn)行深入的分析,希望通過(guò)對(duì)永安市美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的分析研究得出一些結(jié)論供有關(guān)單位參考,以推動(dòng)當(dāng)前美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)。本文采用實(shí)地考察法、案例分析法,深入永安市各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)及村進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,收集大量資料和信息,并進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),在對(duì)當(dāng)前永安市美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查了解的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其在建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題及原因進(jìn)行了分析,并分析研究上甲村、霞鶴村2個(gè)成功案例,接著通過(guò)借鑒安吉、桐廬、溧陽(yáng)、姿源等地的一些成功的案例,提出永安市美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:This article takes Yongan city beautiful countryside construction as the research object, through the analysis Yongan city in the countryside environment comprehensive improvement and the beautiful countryside construction achievement in recent years, such as the new village construction, the housing renovation, the infrastructure construction, the industry development, On the basis of the achievements in the development of rural tourism, combining with the rural environmental problems in Yongan city, the problems existing in the construction of beautiful villages and the influencing factors are deeply analyzed through the data and current materials. It is hoped that some conclusions can be drawn from the analysis of the construction of beautiful villages in Yongan for the reference of relevant units in order to promote the construction of beautiful villages at present. This article uses the field investigation method, the case analysis method, deeply carries on the field investigation in the Yongan each township and the village, collects the massive material and the information, and carries on the summary, on the basis of the investigation understanding to the Yongan city beautiful countryside construction situation, The problems and reasons in the construction process are analyzed, and two successful cases of Shangjia Village and Xiahe Village are analyzed and studied. Then some successful cases of Anji, Tonglu, Liyang and Ziyuan are used for reference. The countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of beautiful villages in Yongan City are put forward.
