【摘要】：文章在A-F模型基礎(chǔ)上納入時間維度,構(gòu)建了D-A-F多維動態(tài)貧困測度模型,通過2000—2011年CHNS面板數(shù)據(jù)測度了我國農(nóng)村多維貧困狀況,設(shè)計了多維貧困指標(biāo)體系,劃定了精準(zhǔn)扶貧區(qū)間。研究表明,將貧困維度k由1~3的區(qū)間,劃為精準(zhǔn)扶貧區(qū)間符合貧困周期規(guī)律和國際貧困線標(biāo)準(zhǔn);貧困指標(biāo)設(shè)計應(yīng)隨經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及地區(qū)差異進(jìn)行適當(dāng)適時調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:On the basis of A-F model, a multi-dimensional dynamic poverty measurement model of D-A-F is constructed. The multi-dimensional poverty situation in rural areas is measured by CHNS panel data from 2000 to 2011, and a multi-dimensional poverty index system is designed. A precise poverty reduction zone has been established. The study shows that the poverty dimension k is divided from 1 / 3 to an accurate poverty reduction interval, which accords with the law of poverty cycle and the international poverty line standard, and the design of poverty index should be adjusted appropriately and timely with the economic development and regional differences.
