【摘要】：精準(zhǔn)扶貧是我國(guó)當(dāng)下和未來一個(gè)時(shí)期的重要任務(wù),教育扶貧作為精準(zhǔn)扶貧的治本之策,是阻斷貧困代際傳遞的重要途徑。目前我國(guó)貧困地區(qū)的"脫貧攻堅(jiān)"的現(xiàn)狀和問題主要表現(xiàn)在城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中農(nóng)村建設(shè)與發(fā)展被忽視,教育財(cái)政投入與政策傾斜存在一定的重復(fù)現(xiàn)象和粗放問題,進(jìn)一步聚焦教育則突出體現(xiàn)在貧困地區(qū)學(xué)前教育嚴(yán)重不足、義務(wù)教育階段小規(guī)模學(xué)校建設(shè)不達(dá)標(biāo)、高中階段教育普及與結(jié)構(gòu)不協(xié)調(diào)、民族地區(qū)"雙語(yǔ)"教育銜接不暢,師資配置結(jié)構(gòu)性短缺,留守兒童的教育與管理仍存在問題。必須面對(duì)這些教育發(fā)展的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)并實(shí)行重點(diǎn)攻關(guān),提升教育發(fā)展水平,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)民族地區(qū)的精準(zhǔn)扶貧和全面脫貧的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Precision poverty alleviation is an important task of our country at present and in a future period. As a fundamental strategy of poverty alleviation, education is an important way to block the transmission of poverty from generation to generation. At present, the present situation and problems of "overcoming poverty" in poor areas in China are mainly reflected in the neglect of rural construction and development in the process of urbanization, and the duplication and extensive problems existing in the inclination of educational financial investment and policy. Further focusing on education is reflected in the serious shortage of preschool education in poverty-stricken areas, the substandard construction of small-scale schools in the compulsory education stage, the disharmony between the popularization and structure of education at the senior high school level, and the poor convergence of "bilingual" education in ethnic minority areas. There are still problems in the education and management of left-behind children due to the structural shortage of teachers. Only by facing these weak links of education development and carrying out key problems and raising the level of education development can we achieve the goal of reducing poverty with precision and getting rid of poverty completely in ethnic minority areas.
