【摘要】：研究目的:呈現(xiàn)2016土地經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展,總結(jié)研究重點(diǎn),進(jìn)行國(guó)內(nèi)外比較,展望未來(lái)研究方向。研究方法:文獻(xiàn)法。研究結(jié)果:(1)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者都關(guān)注土地價(jià)格、土地市場(chǎng)與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、土地市場(chǎng)中參與主體行為、土地市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程,但關(guān)注點(diǎn)各有偏重。(2)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在土地制度研究方面都關(guān)注土地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度、征地制度以及土地沖突,但國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者更注重制度設(shè)計(jì)和權(quán)利保護(hù),而國(guó)外學(xué)者的研究更趨細(xì)化,且側(cè)重于土地制度改革的效果評(píng)估。研究結(jié)論:土地經(jīng)濟(jì)研究未來(lái)可能的研究重點(diǎn):土地領(lǐng)域的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,農(nóng)村土地制度改革試點(diǎn)成效評(píng)估,農(nóng)村集體土地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度,國(guó)有土地與集體土地平等保護(hù),婦女與男子土地權(quán)益平等,土地股份制,建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)續(xù)期制度安排,"三權(quán)分置"改革背景下土地發(fā)展權(quán)的定義及流轉(zhuǎn)問(wèn)題,土地制度改革過(guò)程中權(quán)利界定、理論與實(shí)踐的銜接問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Objective: to present the research progress in the field of land economy in 2016, summarize the research emphases, compare at home and abroad, and look forward to the future research direction. Methods: literature method. The results are as follows: (1) the scholars at home and abroad are concerned about land price, land market and macro-economy, the main body behavior in land market, the process of land marketization. However, there are different concerns. (2) domestic and foreign scholars pay more attention to land property right system, land expropriation system and land conflict, but domestic scholars pay more attention to system design and rights protection, while foreign scholars pay more attention to the research of land system. And focus on the evaluation of the effectiveness of land system reform. Conclusion: the possible future research focus of land economy research: supply-side structural reform in the field of land, evaluation of the effectiveness of rural land system reform, rural collective land property rights system, equal protection of state-owned land and collective land. Women and men are equal in land rights and interests, land stock system, renewal system arrangement of construction land use right, definition and circulation of land development right under the background of "three rights division" reform, the definition of rights in the process of land system reform. The connection between theory and practice.
