【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國社會經濟的迅速發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)經濟社會的統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展使得新農村和現代農業(yè)建設已經成為我國全面建設小康社會的一項重大任務。在我國新的經濟社會發(fā)展形勢及制度環(huán)境下,小規(guī)模農業(yè)個體家庭經營形式已經不能完全適應當前的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,大規(guī)模集體經營模式的農機專業(yè)合作社應運而生。特別是20世紀90年代以來,隨著農村市場經濟體制的不斷完善,在政府的大力指導以及市場機制和農民弱勢群體的共同作用下,全國上下發(fā)展出了多種多樣的農機合作經營模式。同時,江蘇省農機經營模式也在不斷的發(fā)生著變化,農機大戶和農機專業(yè)合作社不斷涌現,促使我省農機化發(fā)展取得了很大的進步。在這種情況下,如何引導和規(guī)范農機專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展,使之既能服務于農業(yè)生產經營,又能使農民增收致富,已經成為一個亟需解決的問題。本文從江蘇省農機專業(yè)合作社經營機制分析入手,試圖以全新的角度來研究我省農機專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展問題。論文主要分為六個部分:第一部分是前言。介紹論文的研究背景、意義、目的和研究方法以及國內外研究概況;第二部分是關于農機專業(yè)合作社的理論概述部分。該部分主要闡述農機專業(yè)合作社的概念與分類以及經營機制的涵義與構成;第三部分是江蘇省農機專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展概況、特點及問題分析。該部分在介紹江蘇省農機社會化服務組織發(fā)展現狀的基礎上,分析不同農機服務組織經營機制的異同,最后總結出農機專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展特點、趨勢、作用與問題。第四部分是江蘇省農機專業(yè)合作社經營機制的案例探析。從投資機制、產權運行機制、組織結構與管理機制、決策機制、經營機制以及利益分配機制幾個方面對三個典型農機專業(yè)合作社案例進行分析,總結農機專業(yè)合作社的經營模式,找出制約其發(fā)展的幾個因素。第五部分是合作社經營機制與績效的實證分析,通過對農機專業(yè)合作社經營機制與績效關系之間的六個假設,以有序概率模型中的有序Probit模型來估計結果,從而對前文的理論描述進行實證支持。第六部分是完善江蘇省農機專業(yè)合作社經營機制的建議,根據本文以上幾部分的總結,從政府角度和合作社自身方面提出完善江蘇省農機專業(yè)合作社經營機制發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's social economy and the overall development of urban and rural economy and society, the construction of new countryside and modern agriculture has become an important task of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Under the new economic and social development situation and system environment of our country, the small scale agricultural individual family management form can not fully adapt to the present development situation, the large-scale collective management pattern agricultural machinery specialized cooperative emerges as the times require. Especially since the 1990s, with the continuous improvement of the rural market economic system, under the guidance of the government and the joint action of the market mechanism and the peasant vulnerable groups, All over the country has developed a variety of agricultural machinery cooperative management model. At the same time, the management mode of agricultural machinery in Jiangsu Province is also constantly changing, agricultural machinery large households and agricultural machinery professional cooperatives continue to emerge, promoting the development of agricultural machinery in our province has made great progress. In this case, how to guide and standardize the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives, so that it can not only serve the agricultural production and management, but also enable farmers to increase income and become rich, has become a problem that needs to be solved. Based on the analysis of the management mechanism of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Jiangsu Province, this paper attempts to study the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Jiangsu Province from a new perspective. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the preface. This paper introduces the research background, significance, purpose, research methods and research situation at home and abroad. The second part is the theoretical overview of agricultural machinery cooperatives. This part mainly describes the concept and classification of agricultural machinery cooperatives, as well as the meaning and composition of the management mechanism; the third part is the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Jiangsu Province, characteristics and problems analysis. On the basis of introducing the present situation of the development of agricultural machinery socialized service organizations in Jiangsu Province, this part analyzes the similarities and differences of the management mechanisms of different agricultural machinery service organizations, and finally sums up the characteristics, trends, functions and problems of the development of agricultural machinery specialized cooperatives. The fourth part is the case study on the management mechanism of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Jiangsu Province. From the aspects of investment mechanism, property right operation mechanism, organization structure and management mechanism, decision-making mechanism, management mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism, the paper analyzes three typical cases of agricultural machinery specialized cooperatives. This paper summarizes the management mode of agricultural machinery cooperatives and finds out some factors restricting its development. The fifth part is the empirical analysis of cooperative management mechanism and performance. Through the six hypotheses of the relationship between the management mechanism and performance of agricultural machinery cooperatives, the results are estimated by the ordered Probit model in the orderly probability model. Thus the theoretical description of the previous empirical support. The sixth part is the suggestion of perfecting the management mechanism of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Jiangsu Province. According to the summary of the above parts, the author puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the management mechanism of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Jiangsu Province from the angle of government and from the aspects of cooperatives themselves.
