【摘要】：正近日,農(nóng)業(yè)部會(huì)同發(fā)展改革委、財(cái)政部、國(guó)土資源部、住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、水利部、文化部、人民銀行、林業(yè)局、旅游局、國(guó)務(wù)院扶貧辦等14部門(mén)聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《關(guān)于大力發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》�！吨笇�(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》旨在提升休閑農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展,為此記者采訪了農(nóng)業(yè)部農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工局相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人。問(wèn):請(qǐng)介紹一下《指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》的出臺(tái)背景?答:《指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》是在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)入新階段的背景下,順應(yīng)市
[Abstract]:Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture, in conjunction with the Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Development, the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Culture, the people's Bank of China, the Forestry Bureau, and the Tourism Bureau, Fourteen departments, including the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council, jointly issued the guiding opinions on vigorously developing Leisure Agriculture. The guiding opinions are aimed at improving the service quality of leisure agriculture and promoting the healthy development of the industry. This reporter interviewed the relevant responsible person of agricultural product processing bureau of Ministry of Agriculture. Q: could you describe the background of the guidance? A: the guiding opinion is to conform to the market under the background that China's economic development has entered a new normal and the development of agriculture and tourism has entered a new stage.
