【摘要】：中國農(nóng)地利用的地區(qū)專業(yè)化水平明顯落后于西方發(fā)達國家,對其農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際競爭力產(chǎn)生了重要影響。農(nóng)戶土地經(jīng)營規(guī)模不足被認為是造成這一現(xiàn)象的主要原因。但是這種觀念主要來自于定性分析和經(jīng)驗總結(jié),缺乏針對兩者關(guān)系的實證檢驗。本文采用赫芬達爾專業(yè)化指數(shù),利用農(nóng)作物種植面積數(shù)據(jù)和農(nóng)戶土地經(jīng)營規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù),在省域尺度上檢驗農(nóng)戶土地經(jīng)營規(guī)模與地區(qū)專業(yè)化的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示,擴大農(nóng)戶土地經(jīng)營規(guī)模既不是地區(qū)專業(yè)化的充分條件也不是必要條件。空間維度上,規(guī)模越大的地區(qū),其專業(yè)化水平并非越高,各年份兩變量的秩相關(guān)系數(shù)均很小;時間維度上,隨著規(guī)模的上升(或下降),其專業(yè)化水平不一定隨之上升(或下降),29個省域樣本中僅有12個省區(qū)兩變量的時間序列呈顯著正相關(guān)。農(nóng)戶土地經(jīng)營規(guī)模僅對部分地區(qū)的專業(yè)化水平有一定影響且與區(qū)域優(yōu)勢作物類型有關(guān)。結(jié)果表明,僅依靠擴大農(nóng)戶土地經(jīng)營規(guī)模,并不能有效提高地區(qū)專業(yè)化水平,要提高中國農(nóng)地利用專業(yè)化水平必須尋找其他有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The regional specialization level of agricultural land utilization in China lags behind that of western developed countries, which has an important influence on the international competitiveness of agricultural products. Farmer land management scale is considered to be the main cause of this phenomenon. However, this concept mainly comes from qualitative analysis and experience summary, and lacks the empirical test on the relationship between the two. In this paper, the Hefendal specialization index is used to test the relationship between farmers' land management scale and regional specialization on the provincial scale by using crop planting area data and farmer land management scale data. The results show that expanding the scale of farmers' land management is neither a sufficient condition nor a necessary condition for regional specialization. In the spatial dimension, the greater the scale, the higher the specialization level, and the smaller the rank correlation coefficient of the two variables in each year; in the time dimension, With the increase (or decrease) of the scale, the specialization level does not necessarily rise (or decrease), and only 12 of the 29 provincial samples have a significant positive correlation with the time series of the two variables. The scale of farmers' land management has a certain influence on the specialization level in some areas and is related to the regional dominant crop types. The results show that it is not possible to improve the level of regional specialization only by expanding the scale of rural land management, and other effective ways must be found to improve the level of specialization of agricultural land use in China.
