【摘要】：針對(duì)農(nóng)場(chǎng)到家庭(farm to family,F2F)模式企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從顧客視角提出基于云理論(cloud model)評(píng)價(jià)模型的失效模式與后果分析(failure mode and effects analysis,FMEA)方法,通過(guò)專家小組評(píng)價(jià),在模糊理論和概率論基礎(chǔ)上,將定性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)轉(zhuǎn)化為定量指標(biāo)并進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)排序,通過(guò)運(yùn)用于某F2F運(yùn)營(yíng)平臺(tái)A進(jìn)行分析,針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施.
[Abstract]:In view of the operation risk of (farm to family F2F (farm to family) model, a method of failure mode and consequence analysis based on cloud theory (cloud model) evaluation model is put forward from the customer's perspective. Through expert group evaluation, on the basis of fuzzy theory and probability theory, the method of failure mode and consequence analysis based on fuzzy theory and probability theory is put forward. The qualitative risk evaluation is transformed into quantitative index and the risk ranking is carried out. The risk control measures are put forward by applying it to a F2F operating platform A.
