【摘要】：要想實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、農(nóng)民收入的增加、農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,特色產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是一個極為重要的突破口。要想實現(xiàn)上述目標(biāo),就必須把當(dāng)?shù)氐膬?yōu)勢條件充分發(fā)揮出來,努力打造專業(yè)化、規(guī)�；奶厣r(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展格局,以此來實現(xiàn)特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價值的提升。當(dāng)前,面對國內(nèi)嚴峻的“三農(nóng)”問題,特色農(nóng)業(yè)道路是一條極為重要的途徑。就三圳鎮(zhèn)而言,該區(qū)域擁有良好的位置條件,同時不論是資源,還是生態(tài)環(huán)境,都極為優(yōu)越,因此在特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方面極為合適。但是,由于各種因素,三圳鎮(zhèn)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展情況并不良好,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度較慢,農(nóng)民增收阻力重重。如何科學(xué)合理地利用山區(qū)的優(yōu)勢和資源,加快農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,推進農(nóng)業(yè)向縱深發(fā)展,將具有當(dāng)?shù)靥厣霓r(nóng)業(yè)品牌創(chuàng)造出來,摸索一種獨具特色的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,這對于當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民收入的增加、經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展等方面,具有極為重要的意義。本文將以三圳鎮(zhèn)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展為研究重點,以當(dāng)前全球農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)�；�、特色化、專業(yè)化、生態(tài)化發(fā)展趨向為基本背景,以區(qū)域特色農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、品牌戰(zhàn)略等基本理論為依據(jù),以促進三圳鎮(zhèn)特色農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展為基本取向,以當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展作為基礎(chǔ),充分結(jié)合多種學(xué)科的知識,采用實證、理論探究等方式,對其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行簡單介紹,通過對其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢、問題等方面的深入探究,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外與之相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗,最終總結(jié)出了適合當(dāng)?shù)靥厣r(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)意見和戰(zhàn)略。本文總共包括六章內(nèi)容:第一章對探究本文的意義、背景等進行介紹,簡單闡述了國內(nèi)外與之相關(guān)的探究現(xiàn)狀,并確定了本文的探究主題以及方式,同時還闡述了本文的技術(shù)路線。第二章具體分析了特色農(nóng)業(yè)的概念、理論等,界定了產(chǎn)業(yè)化等不同名詞的概念,并開展了相應(yīng)的理論分析。第三章選取三圳鎮(zhèn)為例,對其基本狀況以及特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行介紹。第四章就該區(qū)域發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢條件,以及存在的問題開展分析,全方位的對該區(qū)域的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行總結(jié)和分析。第五章對國內(nèi)外發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)的模式進行了描述,借鑒它們的成功經(jīng)驗,并得到一些切合三圳實際的啟示。第六章針對三圳鎮(zhèn)存在的問題,提出了適合三圳鎮(zhèn)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the economic development of rural areas, the increase of farmers' income, the optimization of agricultural structure and the development of characteristic industries is an extremely important breakthrough. In order to achieve the above goals, we must give full play to the local advantages and strive to create a specialized and large-scale pattern of characteristic agriculture development, so as to realize the promotion of the value of characteristic agricultural products. At present, in the face of the severe problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China, the road of characteristic agriculture is an extremely important way. As far as Sanyu Town is concerned, this area has good location conditions, and at the same time, resources and ecological environment are extremely superior, so it is very suitable for the development of characteristic agriculture. However, due to all kinds of factors, the development of characteristic agriculture is not good, the speed of agricultural economic development is slow, and the farmers' income increase resistance is heavy. How to make scientific and reasonable use of the advantages and resources of mountain areas, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of agriculture, promote the development of agriculture in depth, create agricultural brands with local characteristics, and explore a unique agricultural development model, This is of great significance to the increase of local farmers' income and the development of economy. This paper will focus on the development of characteristic agriculture in Sanwei Town, take the current global agricultural development trend of scale, characteristics, specialization and ecology as the basic background, and take regional characteristic agriculture and agricultural industrialization as the basic background. On the basis of brand strategy and other basic theories, to promote the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture in Sanwei Town, to take the local agricultural development as the foundation, to fully combine the knowledge of various disciplines, to adopt the methods of demonstration and theoretical exploration, etc. This paper briefly introduces the current situation of its development, through the in-depth exploration of its development advantages and problems, combined with the relevant experience at home and abroad, finally summarizes the relevant opinions and strategies suitable for the development of agriculture with local characteristics. This paper consists of six chapters: the first chapter introduces the significance and background of this paper, briefly describes the current situation of inquiry at home and abroad, and determines the topic and method of this paper. At the same time, the technical route of this paper is expounded. The second chapter analyzes the concept and theory of characteristic agriculture, defines the concept of different nouns such as industrialization, and carries out the corresponding theoretical analysis. In the third chapter, the author introduces the basic situation and the present situation of characteristic agriculture. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages and problems of developing characteristic agriculture in this region, and summarizes and analyzes the development situation of the region in all directions. The fifth chapter describes the models of developing characteristic agriculture at home and abroad, draws lessons from their successful experiences, and gets some enlightenments suitable for Sanzhen. In the sixth chapter, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of characteristic agriculture in Sanli Town.
