【摘要】：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全問題一直是政府、學者和廣大民眾關心的熱點。近年來,各地政府、企業(yè)不斷加大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全追溯體系的建設力度,建立了相關可追溯系統(tǒng)來保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全。詳細闡述了國外主要農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)達國家及地區(qū)和國內(nèi)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全追溯體系發(fā)展歷程,深入探討了我國政府部門、龍頭企業(yè)建立農(nóng)產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,總結了我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全追溯體系建設的成果和不足。通過對比分析農(nóng)業(yè)相對發(fā)達國家及地區(qū)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全追溯體系,指出我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全追溯體系發(fā)展的兩大趨勢并提出了五點建議,為完善我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全追溯體系的建設提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:The quality and safety of agricultural products has always been the focus of concern of the government, scholars and the general public. In recent years, local governments and enterprises have continuously strengthened the construction of the traceability system of agricultural products quality and safety, and established relevant traceability systems to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. The development process of agricultural product quality and safety traceability system in foreign major agricultural developed countries and regions and at home is described in detail, and the present situation of establishing agricultural product traceability system by government departments and leading enterprises in our country is discussed in depth. This paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the construction of traceability system of agricultural products quality and safety in our country. By comparing and analyzing the traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety in relative developed countries and regions, this paper points out two major trends of the development of agricultural product quality and safety traceability system in China and puts forward five suggestions. To improve the quality and safety of agricultural products traceability system to provide a useful reference.
