【摘要】：隨著創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的發(fā)展,創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)也開始逐漸興起,創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)的高融合性、高品質和高附加值為農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了新的動力。創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園是創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)的重要載體,現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)對創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的研究內(nèi)容主要集中在創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟方面,涉及創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的規(guī)劃設計研究極少,且缺乏系統(tǒng)性理論,致使園區(qū)建設發(fā)生價值觀偏離。杭州是我國創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園發(fā)展最快的地區(qū)之一,創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的建設取得了一定成效,但總體來說仍然處于起步階段,發(fā)展面臨著許多問題。本文論述了創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)的興起、概念、特征及類型,并結合創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟學、“場所”精神理論、農(nóng)業(yè)多功能理論、園林規(guī)劃設計理論,提出創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的內(nèi)涵、類型、創(chuàng)意主體以及運作體制。在此基礎上,根據(jù)杭州地區(qū)的發(fā)展概況以及創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的建設現(xiàn)狀,提出杭州地區(qū)創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的主要特征與發(fā)展模式,并在調研的基礎上,總結分析其存在的主要問題。針對杭州地區(qū)創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)園存在的問題,提出規(guī)劃設計方法,從創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的創(chuàng)意基礎出發(fā),分析其創(chuàng)意資源與創(chuàng)意策略;同時,以合理的定位、科學的規(guī)劃設計原則為指導,闡述杭州地區(qū)創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的規(guī)劃內(nèi)容與設計策略,包括立地條件分析、土地利用規(guī)劃、空間布局、功能分區(qū)以及景觀設計策略和文化內(nèi)涵策略,以期為杭州地區(qū)的創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園建設提供理論上的指導。最后以富陽市五龍山創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的規(guī)劃設計實踐為例,對上述創(chuàng)意策略和規(guī)劃設計方法進行實踐和反饋,驗證其可行性,以期為杭州地區(qū)創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)體驗園的規(guī)劃設計提供理論參考和實踐案例。
[Abstract]:With the development of creative industry and agricultural tourism, creative agriculture has begun to rise gradually. The high integration, high quality and high added value of creative agriculture have brought new impetus to the development of agricultural industry. Creative agriculture experience park is an important carrier of creative agriculture. At present, the research content of creative agriculture experience park is mainly focused on creative agriculture industry and economy, and the planning and design of creative agriculture experience park is rare. And the lack of systematic theory, resulting in the park construction values deviate. Hangzhou is one of the fastest growing areas of creative agriculture experience park in our country. The construction of creative agriculture experience park has made some achievements, but generally speaking, it is still in the initial stage, and the development is faced with many problems. This paper discusses the rise, concept, characteristics and types of creative agriculture. Combining with creative economics, "place" spirit theory, agricultural multi-function theory, garden planning and design theory, this paper puts forward the connotation and type of creative agriculture experience garden. Creative subject and operating system. On this basis, according to the development situation of Hangzhou area and the present situation of the construction of creative agriculture experience park, this paper puts forward the main characteristics and development mode of Hangzhou creative agriculture experience park, and on the basis of investigation, The main existing problems are summarized and analyzed. In view of the problems existing in the creative agriculture park in Hangzhou, this paper puts forward the planning and design method, analyzes its creative resources and creative strategies from the creative basis of the creative agriculture experience park, and at the same time, puts forward a reasonable orientation, Under the guidance of scientific planning and design principles, this paper expounds the planning content and design strategy of Hangzhou Creative Agriculture experience Park, including site condition analysis, land use planning, spatial layout, Function zoning, landscape design strategy and cultural connotation strategy, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of creative agriculture experience park in Hangzhou area. Finally, taking the planning and design practice of the Wulongshan creative agricultural industry park in Fuyang as an example, the above creative strategies and planning and design methods are put into practice and feedback to verify its feasibility. In order to provide theoretical reference and practical cases for the planning and design of Hangzhou creative agriculture experience park.
