【摘要】：近年來(lái)隨著濱海新區(qū)工業(yè)化與城市化水平不斷提高,農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展空間不斷縮小,濱海新區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)在三產(chǎn)中所占比例越來(lái)越小,同時(shí)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件與居民消費(fèi)水平的迅速提升,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提出了更高要求,農(nóng)業(yè)原本單一的經(jīng)濟(jì)職能不斷向社會(huì)及服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)變,也就是說(shuō)農(nóng)業(yè)為居民提供初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)功能已逐漸削弱,而為居民提供更高品質(zhì)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、豐富廣大市民的休閑生活、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境的功能越來(lái)越重要,發(fā)展都市型現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)成為濱海新區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇。本文簡(jiǎn)要梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)的研究現(xiàn)狀、相關(guān)理論及發(fā)展模式,為分析濱海新區(qū)現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展奠定理論與實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。分別從農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況、農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)組織形式與發(fā)展模式、科技服務(wù)情況等方面對(duì)濱海新區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)情況進(jìn)行描述,比較全面地分析了新區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。SWOT分析法作為一種戰(zhàn)略分析法,通過(guò)對(duì)研究對(duì)象的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇及威脅四個(gè)方面的綜合分析,得出一系列利于研究對(duì)象發(fā)展的結(jié)論。本文運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)濱海新區(qū)現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部條件進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,得出適合于濱海新區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放的歷史機(jī)遇,發(fā)揮諸多優(yōu)勢(shì),修補(bǔ)劣勢(shì),積極完善不足之處。同時(shí)根據(jù)全文的分析提出了發(fā)展都市農(nóng)業(yè)相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,即應(yīng)當(dāng)重視政府引導(dǎo)作用,不斷加大資金投入,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)科技水平,發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè),完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。最后通過(guò)總結(jié)全文,得出最終的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of industrialization and urbanization level of Binhai New area, the space of agricultural development is shrinking, and the proportion of Binhai New area agriculture in the three production areas is becoming smaller and smaller. Meanwhile, the social and economic conditions and the level of residents' consumption have been rapidly improved. Higher demands have been put on the development of agriculture. The original single economic function of agriculture is constantly changing to social and service-oriented, that is to say, the production function of agriculture for providing primary agricultural products to residents has been gradually weakened. It is more and more important to provide the residents with higher quality agricultural products, to enrich the leisure life of the general public and to improve the ecological environment. The development of modern urban agriculture has become the inevitable choice for the development of agriculture in Binhai New area. This paper briefly reviews the research status, related theories and development models of modern urban agriculture at home and abroad, and lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the analysis of the development of modern urban agriculture in Binhai New area. The agricultural situation of Binhai New area is described from the following aspects: the general situation of agricultural industry development, the internal structure of agriculture, the form and development mode of modern urban agricultural organization, the situation of science and technology services, etc. The present situation of agricultural development in the new area is analyzed comprehensively. As a strategic analysis method, a series of conclusions are drawn from the comprehensive analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the research objects. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the internal and external conditions of the development of modern urban agriculture in Binhai New area by using SWOT analysis method, and obtains the development strategy suitable for the agriculture of Binhai New area, that is, we should seize the historical opportunity of developing and opening to the outside world and bring into play many advantages. Repair weaknesses and actively improve deficiencies. At the same time, according to the analysis of the full text, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of urban agriculture, that is, we should attach importance to the guiding role of the government, increase the investment of funds, strengthen the level of agricultural science and technology, develop superior industries and perfect the construction of infrastructure. Finally, by summarizing the full text, the final research conclusions are obtained.
