基于條碼技術(shù)的水產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來,水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問題頻繁發(fā)生暴露了我國在水產(chǎn)品安全問題緊急預(yù)警、危機(jī)處理以及養(yǎng)殖加工管理機(jī)制方面存在著嚴(yán)重漏洞,引起了國內(nèi)相關(guān)監(jiān)管部門和消費(fèi)者對水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問題的關(guān)注,實(shí)現(xiàn)水產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工的可追溯已成為國家管理部門和水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖加工企業(yè)亟待解決的問題。隨著條碼技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用的逐漸成熟,構(gòu)建基于條碼技術(shù)的水產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)為實(shí)現(xiàn)水產(chǎn)品的可追溯性提供了有效手段,本文基于國家項目以某水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖加工企業(yè)為應(yīng)用示范,研究國際通用的GS1追溯標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選擇一維條碼GS1Databar和二維條碼QR Code為追溯信息載體,以水產(chǎn)品養(yǎng)殖階段和加工階段各個環(huán)節(jié)為主線,構(gòu)建水產(chǎn)品橫向和縱向的全方位追溯方式,同時建立以批次為單位的追溯單元,構(gòu)建批次間的數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)模型,對水產(chǎn)品的批次號和追溯碼的編碼方案進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計,并將GS1 Databar和QR Code混合應(yīng)用于水產(chǎn)品養(yǎng)殖階段和加工階段的流程改造,為實(shí)現(xiàn)水產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)部追溯和外部追溯提供具體手段。本論文設(shè)計了追溯系統(tǒng)總體方案,構(gòu)建了面向服務(wù)的水產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu),設(shè)計了水產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)Web端和水產(chǎn)品追溯手機(jī)客戶端兩種追溯查詢終端,并提供追溯條碼的實(shí)時在線生成打印服務(wù)。論文重點(diǎn)研究的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)主要包括:1)基于WebService的追溯條碼人工生成打印服務(wù)技術(shù);2)基于WCF的追溯條碼自動生成打印服務(wù)技術(shù);3)保障系統(tǒng)安全性的數(shù)據(jù)加密技術(shù)。本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于手機(jī)客戶端掃碼的追溯查詢方式和基于水產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)Web端的追溯查詢方式,并對水產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)服務(wù)端和追溯條碼生成打印客戶端間的通信模式以及Web服務(wù)和WCF服務(wù)的接口層和服務(wù)層進(jìn)行了研究,通過采用基于HTTP協(xié)議的定時器通信模式實(shí)現(xiàn)追溯條碼的人工補(bǔ)打,通過采用基于TCP協(xié)議的雙工通信模式實(shí)現(xiàn)追溯條碼的實(shí)時在線監(jiān)聽打印,保證信息流和實(shí)物流的同步,同時從用戶登錄加密、通信數(shù)據(jù)加密和追溯QRCode加密三個方面保證追溯信息的真實(shí)性和安全性。最后,本文所采用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在國家項目子課題“基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的水產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)溯源系統(tǒng)”中得到了實(shí)例驗證,證明了本文所構(gòu)建的基于條碼技術(shù)的水產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)的有效性,為實(shí)現(xiàn)水產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全追溯提供了一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent occurrence of aquatic product quality and safety problems has exposed serious loopholes in aquatic product safety emergency warning, crisis management and management mechanism of aquaculture processing in China. The quality and safety of aquatic products are concerned by domestic regulatory authorities and consumers. It has become an urgent problem for the national management departments and aquaculture processing enterprises to realize the traceability of aquatic products production and processing. With the development of bar code technology and information technology application, the establishment of aquatic product traceability system based on bar code technology provides an effective means to realize the traceability of aquatic products. In this paper, based on the national project, an aquiculture processing enterprise is used as an example to study the international standard of GS1 traceability. One-dimensional barcode GS1Databar and two-dimensional barcode QR Code are selected as traceability information carriers. Taking each link of aquatic product breeding stage and processing stage as the main line, the omnidirectional tracing mode of aquatic product horizontal and vertical is constructed. At the same time, the traceability unit with batch as unit is established, and the data association model between batches is constructed. The coding scheme of batch number and traceability code of aquatic products is designed in detail, and the mixed application of GS1 Databar and QR Code in the process transformation of aquaculture and processing stages of aquatic products is carried out, which provides a concrete means for realizing the internal and external tracing of aquatic products. This paper designs the overall scheme of the traceability system, constructs a service-oriented aquatic product traceability system architecture, and designs two kinds of traceability query terminals, the aquatic product traceability system (Web) and the aquatic product traceability mobile phone client. And provides the real-time online generation printing service of traceable bar code. The key technologies of this paper mainly include: (1) tracing barcode manually generated printing service based on WebService (2) tracing barcode automatic generation printing service based on WCF (3) data encryption technology to ensure the security of the system. In this paper, the way of tracing query based on mobile phone client and Web based on aquatic product traceability system is realized. The communication mode between the server end of aquatic product traceability system and the generating and printing client of traceability bar code, as well as the interface layer and service layer of Web service and WCF service are studied. By adopting the timer communication mode based on HTTP protocol to realize the manual patching of traceback bar code, and adopting the duplex communication mode based on TCP protocol to realize real-time on-line monitor and print of traceback barcode, the synchronization of information flow and physical flow is ensured. At the same time, the authenticity and security of traceability information are ensured from three aspects: user login encryption, communication data encryption and traceability QRCode encryption. Finally, the key technologies used in this paper are verified by examples in the national project subproject "Aquatic Product traceability system based on the Internet of things", which proves the effectiveness of the aquatic product traceability system based on bar code technology. It provides some reference for realizing the quality and safety tracing of aquatic products.
