【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)相融合的新型產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型、推進(jìn)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)意義重大。作為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)最早的地區(qū)之一,四川是我國(guó)糧食與經(jīng)濟(jì)作物的重要產(chǎn)地,有著豐厚的農(nóng)業(yè)自然資源,發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)空間巨大,當(dāng)前休閑農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為四川農(nóng)民就業(yè)增收的一條重要渠道。對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究,能夠充分發(fā)揮四川省的農(nóng)業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢(shì),為休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展提供有力的保障。文章首先介紹了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源開(kāi)發(fā)的意義與作用,如優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),加快農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程、拓寬就業(yè)渠道,轉(zhuǎn)移剩余勞動(dòng)、加快城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程,推進(jìn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)等;進(jìn)而對(duì)四川省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀與存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析;并提出構(gòu)建四川省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式與組織化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,探討了四川省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源開(kāi)發(fā)的規(guī)劃原則。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new type of industry which combines agriculture and tourism. It is of great significance to optimize the structure of agricultural industry, promote the strategic transformation of agriculture and promote the construction of new socialist countryside in China. As one of the earliest agricultural development areas in China, Sichuan is an important producer of grain and cash crops in China, with rich agricultural natural resources, and a huge market space for the development of leisure agriculture. At present, leisure agriculture has become an important channel to increase the employment and income of farmers in Sichuan. The research on the development and planning of leisure agricultural resources can give full play to the advantages of agricultural resources in Sichuan Province and provide a strong guarantee for the healthy development of leisure agriculture. The paper first introduces the significance and function of leisure agricultural resources development, such as optimizing industrial structure, speeding up the process of agricultural industrialization, widening employment channels, transferring surplus labor, speeding up the process of urbanization and promoting the construction of new countryside. Then it analyzes the present situation and existing problems of leisure agriculture resources development in Sichuan Province, and puts forward the construction of industrial management mode and organized management mode of leisure agriculture in Sichuan Province, and probes into the planning principles of leisure agricultural resources development in Sichuan Province.
