我國雞肉產(chǎn)品國際競爭力及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國雞肉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。近年來在我國的肉類消費中,雞肉的消費量僅次于豬肉,排名第二。然而,根據(jù)各項調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示,雞肉產(chǎn)業(yè)良好的發(fā)展勢頭止步于二十世紀(jì)末,2000年之后的發(fā)展趨勢并不明朗,尤其是近些年來,我國雞肉產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)出口量一直不大,甚至有下滑趨勢。針對這一現(xiàn)象,本文力求在參考相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,搜集最新的資料和數(shù)據(jù),選取合適的指標(biāo)對我國雞肉產(chǎn)品在國際市場上的競爭力及其影響因素進(jìn)行分析。針對目前我國雞肉產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的種種問題,如目前存在的下滑趨勢、國外雞肉產(chǎn)品對國內(nèi)市場的沖擊以及國際市場上日趨激烈的競爭,本文以我國雞肉產(chǎn)品的國際競爭力及其影響因素作為研究對象,分析我國雞肉產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、國際競爭力情況,根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出科學(xué)、合理、有效的解決對策,希望對日后該課題的進(jìn)一步研究提供相應(yīng)的參考和幫助。本文首先在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上對雞肉產(chǎn)品及國際競爭力的概念進(jìn)行界定,并對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié),以期為后文的研究提供堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)。然后對國內(nèi)外雞肉產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行對比研究,研究結(jié)果表明,我國雖然是長久以來的雞肉產(chǎn)銷大國,但并不是雞肉產(chǎn)品的貿(mào)易強國。目前,中國雞肉產(chǎn)品在國際市場上呈現(xiàn)出"生產(chǎn)量大、消費量大、出口量小"的特點,近年來已發(fā)展成為雞肉產(chǎn)品凈進(jìn)口國,中國雞肉產(chǎn)品的人均消費量處于落后水平,但是,這恰恰說明了我國雞肉產(chǎn)品在國際市場上還具有比較大的發(fā)展?jié)摿。同時,對我國雞肉產(chǎn)品的出口結(jié)構(gòu)、主要的出口國家和地區(qū)進(jìn)行了簡單分析。得出的結(jié)論是:目前,我國雞肉產(chǎn)品出口市場比較單一,產(chǎn)品的主要出口國(地區(qū))為日本及中國香港地區(qū),活雞以及雞肉鮮冷產(chǎn)品的主要出口國(地區(qū))為中國香港地區(qū)以及中國澳門地區(qū),雞肉加工品的主要出口國為日本、韓國等,自2002年起,我國漸漸失去了出口優(yōu)勢,已經(jīng)變成了雞肉產(chǎn)品凈進(jìn)口國。通過測算我國雞肉產(chǎn)品的國際市場占有率、貿(mào)易競爭力指數(shù)和顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù),對我國近年來雞肉產(chǎn)品國際競爭力進(jìn)行定量研究,得出我國雞肉產(chǎn)品在國際市場上競爭力不高,并且近年來呈下降趨勢的結(jié)論。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文對可能影響我國雞肉產(chǎn)品國際競爭力的成本、出口價格、質(zhì)量、匯率進(jìn)行了實證分析,得出了影響我國雞肉產(chǎn)品國際競爭力的主要因素為生產(chǎn)成本(大豆、玉米價格)、雞肉產(chǎn)品出口價格,匯率變動對我國雞肉產(chǎn)品國際競爭力影響較小。最后,針對前幾章的研究及結(jié)論,本文從雞肉產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)及政府兩個方面對如何提升我國肉雞產(chǎn)品的國際競爭力提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's chicken industry has developed rapidly.In recent years, the consumption of chicken is second only to pork.However, according to various survey data, the good development momentum of the chicken industry stopped at the end of the 20th century, and the development trend after 2000 is not clear. Especially in recent years, the import and export of chicken products in China has been small.There is even a downward trend.In view of this phenomenon, this paper tries to collect the latest information and data on the basis of referring to the relevant research results, and select appropriate indicators to analyze the competitiveness of Chinese chicken products in the international market and its influencing factors.In view of the problems existing in the chicken industry of our country at present, such as the current downward trend, the impact of foreign chicken products on the domestic market and the increasingly fierce competition in the international market,This paper takes the international competitiveness of chicken products in China and its influencing factors as the research object, analyzes the present situation of the development and international competitiveness of chicken industry in China, and puts forward scientific, reasonable and effective countermeasures according to the results of the research.Hope to provide the corresponding reference and help for the further study of this subject in the future.This paper firstly defines the concept of chicken products and international competitiveness on the basis of previous studies and summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars in order to provide a solid theoretical basis for the later research.The results show that although China is a large country of chicken production and marketing for a long time, it is not a powerful country in the trade of chicken products.At present, Chinese chicken products are characterized by "large production, large consumption and small export volume" in the international market. In recent years, China has become a net importer of chicken products, and the per capita consumption of Chinese chicken products is lagging behind, but,This precisely explained our country chicken product also has the quite big development potential on the international market.At the same time, the export structure of Chinese chicken products, the main exporting countries and regions were analyzed.The conclusion is: at present, the export market of chicken products in China is relatively single, and the main exporting countries (regions) of the products are Japan and Hong Kong, China.The main exporters (regions) of live chicken and fresh cold chicken products are Hong Kong region of China and Macao region of China. The main exporters of processed chicken products are Japan, South Korea, etc. Since 2002, China has gradually lost its export advantage.Has become a net importer of chicken products.By measuring the international market share, trade competitiveness index and display comparative advantage index of Chinese chicken products, this paper makes a quantitative study on the international competitiveness of chicken products in China in recent years.It is concluded that Chinese chicken products are not competitive in the international market and have a downward trend in recent years.On this basis, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the cost, export price, quality and exchange rate that may affect the international competitiveness of chicken products in China, and concludes that the main factor affecting the international competitiveness of chicken products in China is the production cost.The price of corn, the export price of chicken and the change of exchange rate have little influence on the international competitiveness of Chinese chicken products.Finally, according to the research and conclusion of the previous chapters, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions on how to improve the international competitiveness of chicken products from the two aspects of chicken production enterprises and government.
