【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為一種旅游活動(dòng),不僅能在一定程度上滿足城市居民渴望到鄉(xiāng)村去放松心情、探幽訪古、品味自然、縱情山水、尋找快樂的需要,還能促進(jìn)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型,農(nóng)民的增收,農(nóng)村的富裕。因此,研究并解決鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中凸現(xiàn)的問題就具有十分重要的意義。本文聚焦鄉(xiāng)村旅游這一主題,對鄉(xiāng)村旅游的概念、內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)等概念進(jìn)行了闡述,并對前人關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)村旅游的研究成果進(jìn)行了整理、分析,較為全面地了解鄉(xiāng)村旅游的相關(guān)理論。在此基礎(chǔ)上對云陽縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及原因進(jìn)行了剖析,提出了相應(yīng)的對策和建議。云陽縣位于重慶市東北部,是三峽庫區(qū)腹心,交通便利,區(qū)位優(yōu)勢明顯,自然資源和人文資豐富。近年來,在縣委、縣府大力推動(dòng)下,云陽縣依托自然風(fēng)景、田園風(fēng)光、人文歷史景觀等資源,大力發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游,已形成花果觀賞型、休閑度假型、農(nóng)事體驗(yàn)型、養(yǎng)殖垂釣型等鄉(xiāng)村旅游模式,有力地促進(jìn)了地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展,大幅提高了當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民的收入。然而,由于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視不夠、農(nóng)村居民發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的意愿淡薄、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)投入不足、缺乏鄉(xiāng)村旅游經(jīng)營人才、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)滯后,導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前云陽縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中產(chǎn)品價(jià)值不高,規(guī)劃發(fā)展滯后、體制機(jī)制不順、政策保障不到位,鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展極不平衡,從而制約了云陽農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。加快云陽縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展,必須科學(xué)規(guī)劃,促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游健康發(fā)展;必須進(jìn)一步理順體制機(jī)制,優(yōu)化環(huán)境,促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游快速發(fā)展;必須加大深度挖掘力度,塑造鄉(xiāng)村旅游精品,促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游持續(xù)發(fā)展;必須加大宣傳營銷力度,提高鄉(xiāng)村旅游的知名度;必須加大要素保障,優(yōu)化鄉(xiāng)村旅游服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:As a kind of tourism activity, rural tourism can not only satisfy urban residents' desire to go to the countryside to relax, explore ancient times, taste nature, indulge in the need for happiness, but also promote the transformation of rural industrial structure. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and solve the prominent problems in the development of rural tourism. This paper focuses on the theme of rural tourism, the concept and connotation of rural tourism, The characteristics and other concepts are expounded, and the previous research results on rural tourism are sorted out, analyzed, and the relevant theories of rural tourism are comprehensively understood. On this basis, the present situation of rural tourism development in Yunyang County is analyzed. This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Yunyang County is located in the northeast of Chongqing Municipality. Yunyang County is located in the three Gorges Reservoir area with convenient transportation, obvious location advantage, abundant natural resources and cultural capital. In recent years, Yunyang County Committee has been in the county committee. Under the impetus of the county government, Yunyang County relies on natural scenery, pastoral scenery, humanistic historical landscape and other resources to vigorously develop rural tourism. It has formed a rural tourism model, such as flower and fruit ornamental type, leisure vacation type, agricultural experience type, farming and fishing type, and so on. It has promoted local economic and social development and greatly increased the income of local farmers. However, due to insufficient attention by the leadership, rural residents' willingness to develop rural tourism is weak, infrastructure investment is insufficient, and rural tourism management personnel are lacking. Product development lags behind, leading to low product value, backward planning and development, poor system and mechanism, inadequate policy support, and extremely unbalanced development of rural tourism in Yunyang County. Therefore, it restricts the development of Yunyang rural economy. To accelerate the development of Yunyang rural tourism, it is necessary to plan scientifically, promote the healthy development of rural tourism, further rationalize the system mechanism, optimize the environment, and promote the rapid development of rural tourism. In order to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism, it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and marketing to improve the popularity of rural tourism, to enhance the guarantee of elements and to optimize the service of rural tourism.
