【摘要】：2016年壽光市農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)管理局在工作匯報(bào)中,對(duì)登記注冊(cè)的壽光市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社做出了初步統(tǒng)計(jì),登記的合作社按照經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)及銷售品種進(jìn)行了劃分,其中“果蔬類”合作社占比為71%,蔬菜專業(yè)合作社顯然成為帶動(dòng)壽光市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要類型。然而,隨著蔬菜專業(yè)合作社數(shù)量的增加,能夠按照規(guī)范化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)展的合作社逐漸變少,出現(xiàn)了“掛牌社”、“空殼社”及“皮包社”,影響了壽光市蔬菜專業(yè)合作社的規(guī)范化發(fā)展。為了找到適合壽光市蔬菜專業(yè)合作社健康發(fā)展的規(guī)范化道路,本文將對(duì)“國(guó)家級(jí)示范社”壽光市民隆蔬菜專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行分析并推廣。本文首先對(duì)民隆蔬菜專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要概括,然后對(duì)其發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,總結(jié)得出民隆蔬菜專業(yè)合作社創(chuàng)出一條由基層組織領(lǐng)辦型的“公司+合作社+基地+農(nóng)戶”的綠色發(fā)展模式。其次探討民隆蔬菜專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展模式可以在壽光市推廣的原因,具體從成立背景、經(jīng)營(yíng)方向、政府扶持政策、規(guī)范化程度進(jìn)行分析,在對(duì)民隆蔬菜專業(yè)合作社進(jìn)行規(guī)范化程度分析中,本文為了證明其發(fā)展的規(guī)范化程度高,具有向壽光市其余蔬菜專業(yè)合作社推廣的價(jià)值意義,運(yùn)用了示范效應(yīng)實(shí)證分析的方法對(duì)17家示范社示范效應(yīng)值根據(jù)問(wèn)卷調(diào)研的結(jié)果進(jìn)行打分測(cè)定,對(duì)17家合作社進(jìn)行排序,得出民隆蔬菜專業(yè)合作社的示范效應(yīng)值高,其發(fā)展模式可以作為示范樣板進(jìn)行推廣。最終在可以進(jìn)行推廣的基礎(chǔ)上確定民隆蔬菜專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展模式推廣人員,推廣的適用范圍,提出推廣的方式方法,最后對(duì)文章進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the Shouguang Rural Economic Administration Bureau made preliminary statistics on the registered Shouguang Peasants' Professional Cooperatives, which were divided according to the business and sales varieties in Shouguang City. The proportion of "fruit and vegetable" cooperatives is 71%. Vegetable cooperatives have obviously become the main type of economic development in Shouguang City. However, with the increase of the number of vegetable cooperatives, The number of cooperatives that can develop in accordance with standardized standards is becoming smaller and smaller. The emergence of "listed companies", "shell clubs" and "purse clubs" has affected the standardized development of Shouguang vegetable professional cooperatives. In order to find a standardized road suitable for the healthy development of Shouguang vegetable professional cooperatives, This paper will analyze and popularize the development mode of Shouguang Civic vegetable specialized Cooperative in "National demonstration Society". Firstly, this paper briefly summarizes the present development situation of Minlong vegetable specialized Cooperative. Then the development model is analyzed in detail. It is concluded that Minlong vegetable Cooperative has created a green development model of "Company Cooperative Base Farmers", which is run by grass-roots organizations. Secondly, the reasons why Minlong vegetable specialized Cooperative can be popularized in Shouguang City are discussed. Concretely from the foundation background, the management direction, the government support policy, the standardization degree carries on the analysis, in carries on the standardization degree analysis to Minlong vegetable specialized cooperative, this article in order to prove its development standardization degree is high, It has the value meaning of popularizing to other vegetable cooperatives in Shouguang City. The demonstration effect value of 17 model cooperatives is measured according to the results of questionnaire survey by using the demonstration effect analysis method, and 17 cooperatives are ranked. It is concluded that the demonstration effect value of Minlong vegetable specialized cooperative is high, and its development model can be used as demonstration model to be popularized. Finally, on the basis of popularizing, the extension personnel of Minlong vegetable professional cooperative development model are determined. Extension of the scope of application, put forward the promotion of the way and methods, and finally summarized the article.
