【摘要】：近幾年來,中國(guó)正努力提升奶牛養(yǎng)殖的規(guī)模化水平,處于"散戶不斷退出,規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)逐漸興起"的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,奶牛養(yǎng)殖呈現(xiàn)規(guī)�；陌l(fā)展趨勢(shì),管理效率的高低已經(jīng)成為影響規(guī)模化牧場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要因素。因此,在考慮行業(yè)趨勢(shì)與數(shù)據(jù)全面性的前提下,本文選取2014年全國(guó)20個(gè)省份的中規(guī)模牧場(chǎng)的成本收益及費(fèi)用用工數(shù)據(jù),采用DEA方法,從投入—產(chǎn)出兩方面構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,在考慮規(guī)模報(bào)酬可變的情況下,對(duì)中國(guó)中規(guī)模牧場(chǎng)的管理效率進(jìn)行測(cè)算與評(píng)價(jià)。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),目前中國(guó)中規(guī)模牧場(chǎng)的管理效率普遍偏低,而規(guī)模效率是制約管理效率的最主要因素。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China is striving to improve the scale of dairy cattle breeding, in the transition period of "individual investors keep withdrawing and large-scale farms are rising", dairy cattle farming shows a trend of large-scale development. The level of management efficiency has become an important factor affecting the economic benefits of large-scale rangeland. Therefore, under the premise of considering the industry trend and the comprehensiveness of data, In this paper, the cost, income and cost employment data of mid-scale pastures in 20 provinces of China in 2014 are selected, and the evaluation index system is constructed from two aspects of input-output by using DEA method. Considering the variable scale reward, the evaluation index system is constructed in this paper. This paper measures and evaluates the management efficiency of middle scale pasture in China, and finds that the management efficiency of middle scale pasture in China is generally low at present, and the scale efficiency is the most important factor restricting the management efficiency.
