【摘要】：進入新世紀以來,隨著經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展,科技的進步,對濰坊這樣傳統(tǒng)意義上的農(nóng)業(yè)強市來說,農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展怎樣實現(xiàn)新突破,就成為整個經(jīng)濟社會和諧發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,在多年組織實施農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的實踐基礎上,不斷把濰坊現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展推向更高層、更新領域,賦予更多使命,承載更多內(nèi)容,已經(jīng)刻不容緩地擺在了濰坊農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的頭等地位,需要認真加以分析和研究。論文第一部分,提出了研究背景,目的和意義,研究的思路和用到的具體方法,并對現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)國內(nèi)外的研究動態(tài)進行了評述;第二部分,分析了濰坊市現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展過程中存在的問題及在發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)方面存在的優(yōu)勢;第三部門,分別從國內(nèi)、國外選取三個現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展實例,分析總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的實踐啟示;第四部門,從濰坊現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和實際出發(fā),對濰坊市發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的思路、原則、目標任務、發(fā)展定位進行了規(guī)劃分析;第四部分,針對濰坊市現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,提出了培育和再創(chuàng)濰坊市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展新優(yōu)勢的對策建議。論文認為,依據(jù)濰坊市在現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,應大力加強農(nóng)業(yè)品牌建設,深入推進農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu),大力發(fā)展優(yōu)質(zhì)、高質(zhì)、高效農(nóng)業(yè),促進全市農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟生態(tài)、低碳、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。主要是通過實施高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)示范工程,提升農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展水平;實施龍頭企業(yè)示范帶動工程,壯大農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營主體;實施市場開拓示范工程,拓寬農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展空間;實施便農(nóng)服務示范工程,優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展環(huán)境;實施農(nóng)業(yè)組織化示范工程,增強農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化競爭優(yōu)勢。論文對濰坊市發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)提出了具體的對策建議,有五個方面:一是大力推進實施濰坊農(nóng)業(yè)的品牌戰(zhàn)略;二是強力推進農(nóng)業(yè)“四化”實施;三是切實加強農(nóng)業(yè)信息化建設;四是積極推動現(xiàn)代觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展;五是夯實農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)保障體系。濰坊市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化起步較早,發(fā)展水平也比較高,通過認真研究濰坊市農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展思路和對策,不斷提高農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的整體水平,對促進“四個濰坊”建設具有重大而深遠的意義。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, with the development of economy and society and the progress of science and technology, how to realize the new breakthrough in the development of agricultural countryside has become the key factor for the harmonious development of the whole economy and society for the agricultural strong city in the traditional sense of Weifang. On the basis of the practice of organizing and implementing agricultural industrialization for many years, Weifang has continuously pushed the development of modern agriculture to a higher level, updated its fields, given more missions and carried more content. The first part of the paper puts forward the background, purpose and significance of the research, the thinking of the research and the specific methods used. The second part analyzes the current situation of the development of modern agriculture in Weifang, the problems in the development process and the advantages in the development of modern agriculture. This paper selects three examples of modern agriculture development abroad, analyzes and summarizes the practical enlightenment of the development of modern agriculture at home and abroad. 4th departments, starting from the present situation and reality of the development of modern agriculture in Weifang, analyzes the ideas and principles of the development of modern agriculture in Weifang. Part 4th, aiming at the problems existing in the development of modern agriculture in Weifang, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate and recreate the new advantages of agricultural development in Weifang. According to the present situation and existing problems in the development of modern agriculture in Weifang, we should strengthen the construction of agricultural brand, promote the transformation of agriculture deeply, adjust the structure, and vigorously develop high quality, high quality and high efficiency agriculture. To promote the city's agricultural and rural economic ecology, low-carbon and sustainable development, mainly through the implementation of an efficient eco-agricultural park demonstration project to enhance the level of agricultural industrialization development; the implementation of leading enterprises demonstration drive project, To strengthen the main body of agricultural industrialization management; to carry out the demonstration project of market development and widen the space for the development of agricultural industrialization; to implement the demonstration project of serving agriculture to optimize the development environment of agricultural industrialization; to implement the organized demonstration project of agriculture; To strengthen the competitive advantage of agricultural industrialization, the paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern agriculture in Weifang city. There are five aspects: one is to vigorously promote the implementation of the brand strategy of Weifang agriculture, the other is to vigorously promote the implementation of the "four modernizations" of agriculture; Third, to strengthen the construction of agricultural informatization; fourth, to actively promote the development of modern tourism agriculture; and fifth, to consolidate the agricultural industry security system. Weifang has great potential for agricultural development, the agricultural industrialization started earlier, and the level of agricultural development is relatively high. It is of great and far-reaching significance to promote the construction of "four Weifang" by studying seriously the development ideas and countermeasures of agricultural modernization in Weifang and continuously improving the overall level of agricultural modernization.
