【摘要】：論文主要是建立在前期實(shí)地調(diào)研走訪的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)六安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)的發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行分析,從中總結(jié)出企業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和問題,并對(duì)未來的發(fā)展提出建議和意見。本文采用現(xiàn)狀分析方法、SWOT分析方法和典型案例分析方法。通過現(xiàn)狀分析全面了解六安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)的運(yùn)營能力和輻射能力；并通過典型的案例分析對(duì)六安市的兩家農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)進(jìn)行全面的分析和考察,從企業(yè)的發(fā)展概況、發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展問題對(duì)這兩家具有典型效果的企業(yè)進(jìn)行多角度分析。雖然被調(diào)研的企業(yè)只是六安市的一部分,但本文將從企業(yè)的共性角度出發(fā),將樣本的企業(yè)作為這次研究的主體,較為系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)和分析了六安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境和企業(yè)發(fā)展存在的優(yōu)劣勢。本文較為全面的分析和把握六安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,充分掌握企業(yè)自己所存在的優(yōu)劣勢,強(qiáng)化優(yōu)勢,弱化不足,并從中找出經(jīng)驗(yàn)和發(fā)展的新思路,為龍頭企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一較為系統(tǒng)的思考框架,為今后的發(fā)展指明方向。通過上述的分析以及實(shí)地的調(diào)研考察和參考企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果,六安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)總體上是一個(gè)數(shù)量規(guī)模都不斷擴(kuò)大,各項(xiàng)的經(jīng)營能力也在不斷提高的狀態(tài),但依然存在很多不足和問題。故而,本文針對(duì)這些不足和問題提出一些發(fā)展意見和措施,尤其是在資金方面的扶持、稅費(fèi)的改革、政府職能的轉(zhuǎn)變和完善等一系列措施為六安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)的發(fā)展盡綿薄之力,以期能得到更為健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper is mainly based on the previous field study and visit to analyze the development of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Luan City, from which the advantages and problems of enterprise development are summed up. In this paper, SWOT analysis method and typical case analysis method are used to understand the operation ability and radiation ability of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Luan City. And through the typical case analysis of the two leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Luan City for comprehensive analysis and investigation, from the enterprise development overview, The development characteristics and problems of the two enterprises with typical effects are analyzed from various angles. Although the enterprises under investigation are only part of Lu'an City, this paper will proceed from the common point of view of the enterprises. The sample of the enterprise as the main body of the study, This paper systematically evaluates and analyzes the internal and external development environment and the advantages and disadvantages of the leading enterprises in the agricultural industrialization of Lu'an. This paper comprehensively analyzes and grasps the development situation of the leading enterprises in the agricultural industrialization of Lu'an. Fully grasp the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself, strengthen the advantages and disadvantages, and find out the experience and development of new ideas, to provide a more systematic thinking framework for the development of leading enterprises, Pointing out the direction for future development. Through the above analysis, field investigation and investigation and reference to the results of the enterprise data, the leading enterprises in the agricultural industrialization of Lu'an are, on the whole, expanding in number and scale. The management ability of each item is also continuously improving, but there are still many shortcomings and problems. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the development of these deficiencies and problems, especially the support in the aspect of funds, the reform of taxes and fees. A series of measures, such as the transformation and perfection of government functions, contribute to the development of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Luan City, in the hope of getting more healthy and sustainable development.
