【摘要】：本文基于社會(huì)嵌入理論,聚焦于一個(gè)典型案例的分析,建立了"社會(huì)嵌入—治理結(jié)構(gòu)—行為績(jī)效"的理論分析框架,并應(yīng)用該分析框架研究了案例合作社的多重嵌入、層級(jí)嵌入和動(dòng)態(tài)演化,指出合作社的決策絕不僅是單純的經(jīng)濟(jì)行為,在其發(fā)展過程中必須考慮宏觀、中觀、微觀等多個(gè)層級(jí)影響因素及其相互作用。分析表明,一個(gè)合作社要提高生存和成功的幾率,必須順應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律,結(jié)合政府偏好,重視合作社領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人企業(yè)家才能的培養(yǎng),主動(dòng)調(diào)整治理結(jié)構(gòu),并深度融入當(dāng)?shù)氐纳鐓^(qū)文化和政治環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the social embeddedness theory, focusing on analysis of a typical case, a "social embeddedness and governance structure, behavior and performance analysis framework, and application of the embedded multi analysis framework of cooperative case, hierarchical embedding and dynamic evolution, pointed out that the cooperative decision-making is not only purely economic behavior, in in the process of its development must consider the macro, meso and micro levels of multiple factors and their interaction. The analysis shows that a cooperative to improve the survival and the probability of success, must comply with the law of industrial development, combined with the government's preference, entrepreneur leaders attach great importance to the cultivation of cooperatives, take the initiative to adjust the governance structure, and the depth of integration into the local community the cultural and political environment.
