【摘要】：邊疆少數(shù)民族連片特困地區(qū)的貧困問題具有民族性和地域性特點(diǎn),貧困程度較深,貧困呈現(xiàn)多元化。由于單一的收入維度測(cè)算貧困的方法無法全面反映農(nóng)戶的貧困全貌,因此運(yùn)用AF多維貧困測(cè)量方法對(duì)和田地區(qū)6個(gè)縣市11個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)305個(gè)農(nóng)戶的多維貧困進(jìn)行測(cè)量并分析空間分布差異。研究結(jié)果表明:該地區(qū)存在嚴(yán)重的多維貧困,多維貧困指數(shù)(k=3)達(dá)到36.3%,多維重度貧困指數(shù)(k=5)達(dá)到20.05%。從多維貧困指數(shù)按指標(biāo)分解來看,耕地面積、勞動(dòng)力文化程度、項(xiàng)目技能培訓(xùn)、人均純收入、信息等指標(biāo)對(duì)多維貧困指數(shù)的貢獻(xiàn)率較高,是農(nóng)戶陷入貧困的主要原因;從多維貧困指數(shù)按縣市分解來看,各縣市存在不同程度的多維貧困,和田縣和于田縣多維貧困問題更為突出。最后,根據(jù)分析的結(jié)論提出了相關(guān)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The poverty problem of the border ethnic minority areas with special difficulties has the characteristics of nationality and region, the degree of poverty is deep and the poverty is diversified. Because the method of measuring poverty in a single income dimension can not fully reflect the overall picture of peasant households' poverty. Therefore, the multi-dimensional poverty measurement method of AF is used to measure the multidimensional poverty of 305 rural households in 11 villages and towns in 6 counties and cities in Hotan area, and the difference in spatial distribution is analyzed. The results show that there is serious multidimensional poverty in this area. The multidimensional poverty index has reached 36.3%, and the multidimensional and severe poverty index has reached 20.05.From the multidimensional poverty index, the area of cultivated land, the education level of the labor force, the training of project skills, and the per capita net income are analyzed according to the index. The contribution rate of information and other indicators to the multidimensional poverty index is high, which is the main reason for farmers to fall into poverty. According to the decomposition of the multi-dimensional poverty index by county and city, there are different degrees of multi-dimensional poverty in each county and city. The multidimensional poverty in Hetian County and Yutian County is more prominent. Finally, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion of the analysis.
