【摘要】：近幾年,伴隨著市場經(jīng)濟體系的進一步健全和發(fā)展,在農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方面凸顯出了很多的新問題和新矛盾。當前農(nóng)產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)有了自己市場,但是這個市場并不健全,存在著諸多問題,這就導致了農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的供求不平衡,進一步也就影響到了農(nóng)民的收入,鑒于此種情況,強強聯(lián)合,以強帶弱,優(yōu)勢互補的農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織建設問題就擺在了我們面前。所以,在進一步推進農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織建設的同時還能促進農(nóng)村民主化的進程,幫助轉變政府職能,這對于加速農(nóng)業(yè)結構科學化化發(fā)展和積極構建社會主義新農(nóng)村都有著重要的影響。本文通過對國外農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織的發(fā)展過程和我國農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟運行情況進行比較,吸收國內(nèi)外成功的先進經(jīng)驗,找出一條適合濰坊市乃至全國農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織發(fā)展的科學之路。通過對濰坊市農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織運行情況的探索,深入分析了農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織在發(fā)展道路、運作模式、溝通交流等方面的成功和不足。同時還做了大量細致的實地調查,實事求是的收集真實并且有價值的資料,解析它在發(fā)展過程中存在問題和缺陷,找出相應的對策,為下一步的農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織的高效運行提出指導性的建議。本文收集了大量濰坊市近年來農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織發(fā)展的相關資料,材料真實有效。通過深入細致的對比分析,形成了綜合性較強,借鑒意義較高,指導性較好的文獻。憑借當前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的各種重要指標,對濰坊市農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織的發(fā)展進行解析,做出了實踐意義較強的決策。針對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,用理性的態(tài)度去對待,力求客觀公正實事求是。對濰坊市農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織已經(jīng)取得的成功經(jīng)驗以及背后隱藏的顯著問題進行實質性的總結,有目標的對影響農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織前進過程中的指導思想、外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部機制等問題進行實質性的探究,最后對加強自主發(fā)展、宣傳指導和政策扶持、提升標準化水平,加強人才隊伍建設、資金扶持、拓展服務方式等方面提出具有針對性的建議,并為進一步加速濰坊市農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織的發(fā)展提出指導意見。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further improvement and development of the market economy system, there are many new problems and new contradictions in the agricultural development. At present, the agricultural products have their own market, but this market is not perfect. There are many problems, which lead to the imbalance between supply and demand of agricultural by-products, and further affect the income of farmers, in view of this situation, the combination of strong and weak. The construction of peasant cooperative economic organizations with complementary advantages is in front of us. Therefore, while further promoting the construction of farmers' cooperative economic organizations, it can also promote the process of democratization in rural areas and help to transform the functions of the government. This will have an important impact on accelerating the scientific development of agricultural structure and actively constructing a new socialist countryside.
