【摘要】：林業(yè)是國民經濟的基礎產業(yè),為國民經濟建設作出了極大貢獻,取得了很大成就。林業(yè)又是重要的基礎產業(yè),在改善生態(tài)環(huán)境,促進經濟和社會發(fā)展方面具有不可替代的作用,有較強的生態(tài)效益和經濟效益。人們對森林的利用方式也經歷了掠奪性采伐、人工輔助生產、保護性利用三個階段。現(xiàn)今,我國林業(yè)已初步形成了綜合性的產業(yè)體系,林業(yè)的作用和地位逐步提高,但林下經濟一直發(fā)展緩慢。本文具體分析了國內外林業(yè)專業(yè)合作組織的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了吉林省延邊地區(qū)林業(yè)專業(yè)合作組織發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并借鑒國內模式成熟地區(qū)的成功經驗,得到了對延邊地區(qū)林業(yè)經濟合作組織發(fā)展的對策及建議。對延邊地區(qū)林改后配套改革工作的開展及林業(yè)經濟合作組織的發(fā)展方式和工作方向在一定程度上具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Forestry is the basic industry of the national economy, which has made great contributions to the national economic construction and has made great achievements. Forestry is also an important basic industry, which is improving the ecological environment. The promotion of economic and social development has an irreplaceable role, with strong ecological and economic benefits. The use of forests has also experienced predatory logging, artificial auxiliary production. At present, China's forestry has formed a comprehensive industrial system, and the role and status of forestry has gradually improved. But the undergrowth of forest economy has been slow. This paper analyzes the development situation of forestry professional cooperative organizations at home and abroad, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of forestry professional cooperative organizations in Yanbian region of Jilin Province. And draw lessons from the successful experience of mature regions of domestic model. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of forestry economic cooperation organization in Yanbian area are obtained. The development of supporting reform after forest reform in Yanbian area and the development mode and working direction of forestry economic cooperation organization in Yanbian area are, to a certain extent, supported by the development of forestry economic cooperation organization.
