【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游,作為一種新型的旅游業(yè),在國(guó)內(nèi)外己成為一種較為成熟的旅游形式。我國(guó)的鄉(xiāng)村旅游起步較晚,在上個(gè)世紀(jì)80年代才剛剛興起,雖然興起的時(shí)間較晚,發(fā)展卻極為迅速。經(jīng)過(guò)近三十年的發(fā)展,鄉(xiāng)村旅游己逐漸為城市居民所接受和喜愛的旅游活動(dòng)。宜賓市是一座擁有豐富自然資源的旅游城市,隨著鄉(xiāng)村旅游在全國(guó)各地蓬勃發(fā)展,該市的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)也迅速成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。但是在發(fā)展前期缺乏理論指導(dǎo)和有關(guān)部門統(tǒng)一管理規(guī)劃的情況下,宜賓市鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)了諸多問(wèn)題,因此,對(duì)宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的研究是具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)宜賓市鄉(xiāng)村旅游現(xiàn)狀的分析,探索影響當(dāng)?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)發(fā)展的主要因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出建議,以期更大程度地促進(jìn)宜賓市鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展。研究結(jié)果表明,宣賓市具有一定的旅游知名度,發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游在氣候資源、地理位置、產(chǎn)業(yè)、價(jià)格、政策等方面優(yōu)勢(shì)突出,其發(fā)展受到宜賓市各級(jí)政府的大力支持。但同時(shí)也存在鄉(xiāng)村旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)效益欠佳、產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)力不強(qiáng)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施差、經(jīng)營(yíng)觀念陳舊、從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)偏低、總體接待能力較弱、文化品位偏低等問(wèn)題。 針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,本文對(duì)宜賓市鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展提出了以下建議：轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量;因地制宜,搞好科學(xué)規(guī)劃；規(guī)范管理,提高耦合能力：重視環(huán)境保護(hù)和教育,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)戶自律意識(shí)：以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,開發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村旅游特色商品。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism, as a new type of tourism, has become a more mature form of tourism at home and abroad. The rural tourism of our country starts late, just rises in last century 80's, although the rising time is relatively late, but the development is extremely rapid. After nearly thirty years of development, rural tourism has gradually been accepted and loved by urban residents. Yibin is a tourist city with rich natural resources. With the development of rural tourism in all parts of the country, the rural tourism industry of Yibin City has also grown rapidly. However, there are many problems in the development of rural tourism in Yibin City because of the lack of theoretical guidance and unified management planning of the relevant departments in the early stage of development. Therefore, it is of practical significance to carry out targeted research on the rural tourism in Yibin City. Based on the analysis of the present situation of rural tourism in Yibin, this paper explores the main factors affecting the development of local tourism, and puts forward some suggestions on this basis in order to promote the development of rural tourism in Yibin to a greater extent. The results show that Xuanbin City has a certain tourism popularity, the development of rural tourism in the climate resources, geographical location, industry, prices, policies and other advantages are outstanding, its development is strongly supported by the Yibin city governments at all levels. But at the same time, there are some problems, such as poor economic benefit of rural tourism, weak driving force of industrial belt, poor infrastructure, outdated management concept, low quality of employees, weak reception capacity, low cultural grade and so on. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Yibin: changing the concept, keeping pace with the times, improving the quality of service, taking measures according to local conditions, doing a good job in scientific planning; Standardize management, improve coupling ability: attach importance to environmental protection and education, strengthen farmers' self-discipline consciousness: market-oriented, develop rural tourism characteristic commodities.
