面向旅游企業(yè)的RFID技術(shù)應(yīng)用及海量數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:近年來,隨著信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)將企業(yè)信息化管理作為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重中之重。特別是在旅游企業(yè)中,伴隨著游覽游客量的急劇增長,給旅游企業(yè)的管理工作提出了非常高的要求。企業(yè)希望能通過信息化的搭建,更好的完成旅游企業(yè)的工作。 旅游企業(yè)的信息化進(jìn)程中,售票業(yè)務(wù)作為企業(yè)盈收業(yè)務(wù),對企業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了非常關(guān)鍵的作用。售票工作不僅要滿足企業(yè)日常的售票、檢票工作,企業(yè)希望通過信息化的建設(shè),能夠快速準(zhǔn)確的獲取售票的信息,并有效利用獲取的信息統(tǒng)計(jì)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)信息、游客信息以及對企業(yè)場館的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測等。同時(shí),企業(yè)中的管理人員也需要借助一系列報(bào)表實(shí)現(xiàn)對企業(yè)的有效管理。但目前,我國旅游業(yè)售票信息化程度較低,不能有效的獲取信息,同時(shí)企業(yè)安全事故頻發(fā),不能對游客游覽情況實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。如何能在旅游企業(yè)中實(shí)現(xiàn)售票過程的信息化并有效獲取數(shù)據(jù),快讀響應(yīng)企業(yè)對數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)要求,是亟待解決的問題。 本文首先分析了某旅游企業(yè)的售票業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,提出使用RFID門票作為企業(yè)售票方式。介紹了RFID技術(shù)在此旅游企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,并利用RFID技術(shù)獲取數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行海量數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。其次在統(tǒng)計(jì)過程中,分析了粒度、層級等概念。在數(shù)據(jù)庫中給出了維的概念,并說明了維排序的規(guī)則等,同時(shí)介紹了聚集操作以及聚集操作的相容性概念。在統(tǒng)計(jì)的定義中,說明統(tǒng)計(jì)由篩選條件和聚集操作兩部分組成,并詳細(xì)的介紹了統(tǒng)計(jì)的特征識別以及評價(jià)體系,并將統(tǒng)計(jì)按照一定規(guī)則劃分為不同的譜系。最后提出基于統(tǒng)計(jì)過程圖的自動累加表算法,幫助企業(yè)在信息統(tǒng)計(jì)過程中能快速響應(yīng)需求。 自動累加表是一種應(yīng)用于以空間換取時(shí)間,可以有效的對有多表連接以及具有復(fù)雜的聚集操作進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)的優(yōu)化技術(shù)。這種技術(shù)避免了傳統(tǒng)方式統(tǒng)計(jì)速度過慢的缺陷,并可應(yīng)用于企業(yè)的實(shí)際作業(yè)中。對現(xiàn)實(shí)有一定的應(yīng)用意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, more and more enterprises take enterprise information management as the most important enterprise development. Especially in the tourism enterprises, with the rapid growth of tourist volume, the management of tourism enterprises has put forward very high requirements. Enterprises hope to be able to build through information, better to complete the work of tourism enterprises. In the information process of tourism enterprises, ticket sales, as an enterprise earnings business, plays a very important role in the development of enterprises. The ticketing work should not only satisfy the daily ticketing and ticketing work of the enterprise, but also the enterprise hopes to obtain the ticketing information quickly and accurately through the construction of information, and effectively use the obtained information to statistics the financial information of the enterprise. Tourist information and real-time monitoring of corporate venues. At the same time, managers also need to use a series of reports to achieve effective management. However, at present, the information level of tourism ticket sales in our country is low, which can not obtain information effectively, and the enterprise safety accidents occur frequently, which can not monitor the tourists' sightseeing in real time. How to realize the information of ticketing process in tourism enterprises and how to get data effectively, and how to quickly read and respond to the statistical requirements of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper first analyzes the current situation of ticketing business in a tourist enterprise, and puts forward the use of RFID ticket as a ticketing method. This paper introduces the application of RFID technology in this tourism enterprise, and makes use of RFID technology to obtain data and make statistical analysis of massive data. Secondly, in the process of statistics, the concepts of granularity and hierarchy are analyzed. In this paper, the concept of dimension is given in database, and the rules of dimensional sorting are explained, and the concepts of aggregation operation and compatibility of aggregation operation are also introduced. In the definition of statistics, it is explained that statistics consists of two parts: screening condition and aggregation operation, and the feature recognition and evaluation system of statistics are introduced in detail, and statistics are divided into different pedigree according to certain rules. Finally, an automatic cumulative table algorithm based on statistical process diagram is proposed to help enterprises respond quickly to the demand in the process of information statistics. Automatic accumulative table is an optimization technique which can be used to exchange space for time, which can be used to count multiple table joins and complex aggregation operations. This technique avoids the drawback of slow statistics in traditional way and can be applied to the actual operation of enterprises. Has certain application significance to the reality.
