【摘要】：當(dāng)今旅游業(yè)正處于蓬勃發(fā)展的時(shí)期，大力發(fā)展旅游業(yè)是我國(guó)的一項(xiàng)基本國(guó)策。青海省雖然擁有獨(dú)具高原特色的豐富的旅游資源，旅游業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮螅怯捎陧?xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)和旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等的相對(duì)滯后，并且受到發(fā)展階段和各種條件限制，致使青海旅游業(yè)發(fā)展不充分，其應(yīng)有的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)功能等均未全面體現(xiàn)。目前，青海省旅游開(kāi)發(fā)與發(fā)展，及其布局的規(guī)劃尚處在初級(jí)起步階段。 近年來(lái)，隨著青海省政府及相關(guān)部門的重視度提升，在相關(guān)部門的積極配合行動(dòng)下，青海省旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展格局逐漸得到改善。然而，從青海省旅游業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看，旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用不夠，旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不夠完善，道路交通的建設(shè)、旅游酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展水平亟待提高。因此，自然生態(tài)旅游、宗教文化旅游、民俗風(fēng)情旅游、體育旅游等各種類型的旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)，均明顯滯后于市場(chǎng)需求。青海省旅游要實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式的發(fā)展，就必須要尋求一條特殊的開(kāi)發(fā)模式和道路。為此，本文將基于旅游開(kāi)發(fā)與布局的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)，依據(jù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、區(qū)域理論和點(diǎn)軸理論，結(jié)合青海省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展及旅游資源的實(shí)際狀況，對(duì)青海省旅游進(jìn)行功能區(qū)劃，并針對(duì)各功能分區(qū)進(jìn)行層次定量分析，通過(guò)對(duì)青海省旅游業(yè)的開(kāi)發(fā)及布局結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究，最終總結(jié)歸納青海省旅游業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)與發(fā)展所面臨的問(wèn)題，并提出較為細(xì)致的相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議。 青海省社會(huì)的全面發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，必將大力推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)的發(fā)展。青海省具有得天獨(dú)厚的旅游資源，為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)提供了良好的基礎(chǔ)條件。此外，，國(guó)家、政府以及相關(guān)部門對(duì)青海省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的高度重視，并給予優(yōu)惠政策和大力扶持，這對(duì)于青海省旅游業(yè)的開(kāi)發(fā)和發(fā)展而言是一個(gè)很好的機(jī)遇。因此我們應(yīng)當(dāng)著力于把握機(jī)遇，為實(shí)現(xiàn)青海省旅游業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展提供相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)，盡快解決青海省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展在開(kāi)發(fā)和布局方面遇到的瓶頸問(wèn)題，從而推動(dòng)青海旅游業(yè)的大力發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the tourism industry is in a period of vigorous development. It is a basic national policy of our country to vigorously develop the tourism industry. Although Qinghai Province has rich tourism resources with unique plateau characteristics and great potential for tourism development, due to the relative lag of project development and tourism infrastructure construction, it is restricted by the stage of development and various conditions. As a result, Qinghai tourism is not fully developed and its social and economic functions are not fully reflected. At present, the tourism development and development of Qinghai Province, and its layout planning is still in the initial stage. In recent years, with the promotion of Qinghai provincial government and related departments, the development pattern of Qinghai tourism has been gradually improved under the active cooperation of relevant departments. However, from the current situation of tourism in Qinghai Province, the development of tourism resources is not enough, the construction of tourism infrastructure is not perfect, the construction of road traffic and the level of development of tourism hotel industry need to be improved. Therefore, the development of various types of tourism resources, such as natural ecotourism, religious and cultural tourism, folk-custom tourism, sports tourism and so on, lags behind the market demand. In order to realize the development by leaps and bounds, Qinghai tourism must seek a special development mode and road. Therefore, based on the related theories of tourism development and layout, according to the theory of sustainable development, regional theory and point-axis theory, combined with the development of tourism and the actual situation of tourism resources in Qinghai Province, this paper will carry out the functional regionalization of tourism in Qinghai Province. Through the research on the development and layout structure of tourism in Qinghai Province, the problems faced by the development and development of tourism industry in Qinghai Province are summarized. And put forward more detailed related countermeasures and suggestions. The overall development of Qinghai society and the rapid development of economy will promote the development of local tourism. Qinghai Province has unique tourism resources, which provides a good foundation for further development. In addition, the state, government and related departments attach great importance to the development of tourism in Qinghai Province, and give preferential policies and strong support, which is a good opportunity for the development and development of tourism in Qinghai Province. Therefore, we should try our best to seize the opportunity, provide relevant theoretical and practical basis for realizing the leapfrog development of Qinghai tourism, and solve the bottleneck problems in the development and layout of Qinghai tourism as soon as possible. So as to promote the development of Qinghai tourism.
